BOTH THE INTERIOR DOOR LATCHING HANDLE AND THE EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE REQUIRE MORE THAN NORMAL FORCE TO OPERATE (LATCHING CLOSED). THE PROBLEM IS INTERMITTENT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED DOOR PIN LUBRICATION IAW AMM 12-20-25. OPS CHECK GOOD, NO DEFECTS AT THIS TIME.
WHEN CLOSING MAIN CABIN DOOR FROM INSIDE HANDLE WILL NOT MOVE DOWN. IT IS STUCK UP. ADJUSTED FORWARD LOWER PIN ROD MECHANISM ALL WORK DONE PER CE 700 AMM 52-10-43 PERFORM SEVERAL OPERATIONAL TESTS OF THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR SUCCESSFULLY ALL WORK DONE PER CE700 AM 52-10-43
MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE IS SEIZING WHEN MOVING TO THE CLOSED POSITION (FROM THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE). DOOR CLOSES COMPLETLEY BUT EXESSIVE FORCE NEEDED TO MOVE HANDLE. DOOR PINS AND PIN HOLES APPEAR NORMAL. ARRIVED ON SITE AND MET WITH CREW TO DEBRIEF. DUPLICATED WRITE UP AND FOUND THE FWD MIDDLE PIN JAMMED. ACCESS STAIRS AND FOUND PIN OVER EXTENDED. PULLED PIN BACK IN, CLEANED AND LUBRICATED PINS. OPERATED HANDLE NUMEROUS TIMES AND CHECKS GOOD. CLOSED UP AIRSTAIRS AND OPERATED MED NUMEROUS TIMES AND CHECKS GOOD. CLEANED STAIRS AND CLOSED UP AND SECURED AIRCRAFT. WORK DONE IAW CE700 AMM 12-20-05
DURING CLIMB, NOTICED THAT ACFT WAS NOT PERFORMING NORMALLY IN REGARDS TO DECREASED ROC & AIRSPEED. TROUBLESHOT & FOUND THAT THE SECONDARY GEAR INDICATORS SHOWED THE LT MAIN GEAR TO BE STILL DOWN & LOCKED GREEN. PRIMARY GEAR INDICATORS SHOWED ALL THREE GEAR UP & STOWED. REDUCED SPEED & GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY ON APPROACH TO LANDING. REMOVED LT MLG SECONDARY GEAR INDICATOR SWITCH & INSTALLED NEW SECONDARY GEAR INDICATOR SWITCH IAW AMM 32-60-00, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
BOTH LT MAIN TIRES BLEW UPON LANDING AND DAMAGED LT RIMS. M2B- REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 AND NR 2 MLG WHEEL/TIRE ASSEMBLIES AND NR 1 AND NR 2 MLG BRAKE ASSEMBLIES REF AMM 32-40-12 AND 32-40-114. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 3 AND NR 4 MLG WHEEL/ TIRE ASSEMBLIES AS A PRECAUTION.
WHEN APPLYING BRAKES, LT BRAKE PRESSURE INDICATES 400 TO 500 PSI HIGHER THAN THE RT BRAKE PRESSURE INDICATION. RT BRAKE FEELS SPONGY AND MORE RT BRAKE TRAVEL IS REQUIRED WHEN BRAKING BOTH PEDALS. AT 80 KNOTS ON LANDING ROLL OUT LT BRAKE INDICATED 1000 PSI AND RT BRAKE INDICATED 500 PSI. ALSO, AT SLOW TAXI SPEEDS LT BRAKE INDICATES HIGHER PRESSURE THAN RT BRAKE. ACCOMPLISHED RT BRAKE BLEEDING IAW 800XP AMM 32-40-00. OPERATED BRAKES SEVERAL TIMES BOTH WITH RUDDER PEDALS AND PARKING BRAKE HANDLE. BRAKE FEEL AND PRESS INDICATION MATCH SIDE TO SIDE.
BRAKES ARE EXTREMELY SPONGY. FOUND HYD RESERVOIR LOW, SERVICED RESERVOIR AND TAXIED AIRCRAFT AROUND BRAKES, OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW HAWKER 800XP MM CH32-40-00.
AFTER LANDING NOTICED BRAKES WERE SPONGY DURING TAXI. BLED MAIN LANDING GEAR BRAKES IAW MM 32-40-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR RETRACTED BUT THE LEFT MAIN RED GEAR LIGHT REMAINS ON. CYCLED GEAR ONCE WITH SAME OCCURANCE. REPLACED LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR SEQUENCE VALVE IAW HAWKER 800XP AMM 32-30-41. OPS LEAK CHECK GOOD.
