NO INDICATION OR ANNUNCIATION MESSAGE TO FLIGHT CREW OF FAILURE. NO EXTERNAL EVIDENCE OF FAILURE OR BLEED AIR LEAK. NO WAY TO DETERMINE HOW LONG SINCE FAILURE OCCURRED.
