NONE OF THE THREE GEARS WOULD COME DOWN. CYCLED REPEATEDLY BUT NOTHING WORKED. EMERGENCY GEAR DOWN WAS USED. R & R RT MLG UPLOCK ROLLER BEARING, R & R GEAR VALVE CANNON PLUG, SERVICED HYDRAULIC POWER PACK ACCUMULATOR. GEAR SEEING OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW MM 20-00-01 & MM CHPTRS 29-10-40, 32-10-20, 32-30-00.
CARGO DOOR PRIMARY & SECONDARY LIGHTS ILLUMINATED IN TAKEOFF ROLL; CLEANED AND LUBED WITH LPS2; OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW CH 52-30-20
E1 ENG FIRE LIGHT ON. REPAIRED DEFECTIVE WIRING TO ENG FIRE DETECTOR DT 1003 IAW SA227DC WM 26-20-00 OPS CHECK GOOD ON GRD
LEFT ENGINE FIRE LIGHT ERRONEOUSLY ON DURING SHORT FINAL FOR 3 SECONDS & AGAIN DURING TAXI FOR 3 SECONDS. REPAIRED WIRING TO LH ENGINE FIRE DETECTOR OPS CHECK GOOD PER SA227 AMM CH 26-10-10 RTS CHECK COMPLETED. F7536
RIGHT ENGINE FIRE LIGHT ON WITH RIGHT ENGINE FIRE ANNUNCIATOR. SHUT DOWN RT ENGINE AND BLEW RIGHT FIRE BOTTLE. NO FIRE. GROUND RUN OPS CHECK FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTION. R & R FIRE BOTTLE IAW KLA TASK CARD 26.901. ENGINE UNSERVICEABLE DUE TO THE CRACKED FRONT FRAME AND ALSO AS A SECONDARY ISSUE DUE TO THE CORE VANE CRACKS.
SMOKE IN COCKPIT. REPLACED RADAR RECEIVER AND DISPLAY.
