REMOVED LEFT ENG PROP GOVERNOR P/N 8210-310 S/N 20572154, INSTALLED REPAIRED GOVERNOR P/N 8210-310 S/N 11509197 PER P&WC PT6A-60A EMM CHAPT 61- 20-00 AND FIND NORMAL OPS CHECK PER KING AIR B300 FUS AMM CHAPT 76-10-15.
AT ALTITUDE ALL 3 TRIM WHEELS BECAME VERY RIGID AND DIFFICULT TO ROTATE. 'AP HOLDING ND' AND 'MISTRIM' ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. DIVERTED TO SMF. ON DESCENT TRIM WHEELS FREED UP. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED ELEVATOR, AILERON AND RUDDER TRIM ACTUATORS FOR MOISTURE. NON FOUND. LUBED ACTUATORS AND A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLAPS WOULD NOT EXTEND FOR LANDING. PERFORMED NO FLAPS LANDING IAW CHECKLIST. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE LEFT FLAP SAFETY SWITCH. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
