FLIGHT 8690, ENROUTE PDX-RBG AIR TURNBACK/DISCREPANCY. ON CLIMBOUT, THE ALTERNATOR FAILED, AS WELL AS, THE NR 1 COMM AND GENERATOR WERE INTERMITTENT. RETURNED TO PDX, NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR AND VHF ANTENNA. OPERATIONS CHECK OF GENERATOR WAS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. VHF ANTENNA P/N C598501-0202 S/N 4447.
ATB TO LMT FLIGHT 7675: SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF PILOT REPORTED LOSS OF AILERON TRIM CONTROL. PILOT ELECTED TO RETURN TO LMT AND DECLARE AN EMERGENCY. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND SHEARED ROLL PIN IN THE LOWER HORIZONTAL SPROCKET OF THE AILERON TRIM WHEEL ASSEMBLY LOCATED IN THE COCKPIT CENTER PEDESTAL.
INSP AT GEG - LEVEL 2 CORROSION: DURING INSPECTION, FOUND 3 CARGO AREA SEAT TRACKS CORRODED BEYOND SERVICEABLE LIMITS. DAMAGE IS MOSTLY FOUND BETWEEN FUSELAGE STATION 282 AND 332, HOWEVER, SOME DAMAGE DOES EXIST IN THE AREAS BETWEEN FUSELAGE STATION 166-332. REMOVED AND REPLACED CARGO SEAT TRACK P/N 2611040-5, 2611040-3, AND 2611040-1, (FACTORY REPLACEMENT PARTS).
ATB: ON FLIGHT 100 FROM GEG TO YKM PILOT NOTICED THE NR 1 ATTITUDE INDICATOR FAILED. CREW NOTIFIED ATC AND RETURNED TO GEG. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED ATTITUDE INDICATOR.
GEG PHASE INSPECTION: MAJOR REPAIR: DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION FOUND ONE CRACK .250" IN LENGTH ON LT ENGINE MOUNT RING ASSEMBLY. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED ENGINE MOUNT RING ASSY IAW CESSNA 208 MM.
IN-FLIGHT FLAP CONTROL MALFUNCTION. FLAP MOTOR CB POPPED WHEN "FULL" FLAPS SELECTED IN-FLIGHT ALSO AFTER LANDING WHEN FLAPS SELECTED "UP". TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND CRACKS IN THE WING FLAP MOTOR/ACTUATOR SUPPORT ASSY AFT VERTICAL BRACKET AND FORE/AFT BRACKET. THE VERTICAL SUPPORT HAS ONE SMALL CRACK AND THE FORE/AFT SUPPORT IS CRACKED FROM THE LIGHTNING HOLE TO ITS EDGE. SB CAB 05-4 REPLACES THE SUPPORT ASSY DUE TO CRACKING. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLAP MOTOR/ACTUATOR SUPPORT ASSY WITH SB CAS05-4 INSTRUCTED PN.
BODY FAIRING LOST IN FLIGHT: POST FLIGHT INSP, THE RT MLG LEG TO FUSELAGE FAIRING WAS DISCOVERED BROKEN WITH A PORTION OF IT MISSING. REPLACED RT BODY FAIRING.
DURING CLIMB OUT AT APPROXIMATELY 1500 FT AGL THE FUEL FLOW DROPPED TO 75 PPH. THE PARS UNIT CONFIRMED A 75 PPH FUEL FLOW. THE AC RETURNED TO SAFELY. TROUBLESHOOT ON THE GROUND WITH ENGINE RUNS COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE FUEL FLOW INDICATOR WAS REPLACED FOR ADDITIONAL TROUBLESHOOTING AFTER THE GROUND RUNS COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY REPORTED PROBLEM WITH THE FUEL FLOW INDICATIONS SYSTEM FROM THE LAST 2 SUBSEQUENT FLIGHTS. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FUEL FLOW INDICATOR FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. (K)
AIR TURN BACK PDT: FUEL FLOW INDICATING ERRATIC ON CLIMB OUT. TORQUE ITT AND NG DID NOT FOLLOW FUEL FLOW CHANGES. AS A PERCAUTION PILOT ELECTED TO RETURN TO BASE. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL FLOW INDICATOR. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (K)
