DURING MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES AT LGA TAIL CONE WAS INADVERTENTLY DEPLOYED FROM AFT INSIDE HANDLE. THE TAIL CONE EMERGENCY SLIDE DID NOT DEPLOY. NO OBVIOUS REASON FOR FAILURE TO DEPLOY WAS FOUND. LGA MAINTENANCE TEMPORARILY REPAIRED DAMAGE TO TAIL CONE AFT TIP AND REINSTALLED. AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO MSP WHERE TAIL CONE WAS REPAIRED. MSP MAINTENANCE PERFORMED ESCAPE SLIDE OPERATIONAL TEST DURING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF AMI 5350-01032-03, SLIDE DEPLOYED NORMALLY. EVACUATION SLIDE WAS REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT HAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

RECYCLED GEAR TWO TIMES AND NORMAL INDICATIONS WERE ACHIEVED. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE CYCLED NOSE GEAR SEVERAL TIMES. PROBLEM COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. REPLACED NOSE GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCH AS A PRECAUTION. ALSO, REPLACED NOSE GEAR BUNGEE CYLINDER FOR BYPASSING, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.

ON APPROACH, THE NOSE GEAR GREEN DOWNLOCK LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE AFTER GEAR WAS EXTENDED. RECYCLED GEAR AND NORMAL INDICATIONS WERE ACHIEVED. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY ON GROUND. REPLACED NOSE GEAR DOWNLOCK SWITCH AS A PRECAUTION, OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL ON GEAR SWING.

APPROXIMATELY THREE MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF, NUMEROUS FUEL BOOST PUMP CIRCUIT BREAKERS POPPED. FLIGHT RETURNED TO MSP AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED WIRING AT PUMP SWITCHES ON OVERHEAD PANEL, AT CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL AND AT DISCONNECT AT FS 237, ALL CHECKED NORMAL. RAN PUMPS WITH ENGINE POWER, GROUND POWER AND APU POWER WITH NO PROBLEMS FOUND. DISCREPANCY COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

AFTER CYCLE OF TAIL SYSTEM, THE LIGHT REILLUMINATED. FLIGHT DIVERTED TO ORD AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED FORWARD ICE PROTECTION PRESSURE ABNORMAL SWITCH AND SUPPLY PRESSURE REGULATOR. ALSO, FOUND SLIP JOINT BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND RIGHT WING SLATS OUT OF POSITION. RESECURED SLIP JOINT. OPERATIONAL CHECK OK ON GROUND. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

DURING CLIMB-OUT FROM MDW, CABIN PRESSURE WARNING AND MASTER WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED MANUAL OPERATION BUT CONTROL WHEEL WAS HARD TO MOVE. WHEEL MOVEMENT EVENTUALLY LOOSENED AND NORMAL CABIN PRESSURE WAS ACHIEVED. FLIGHT CONTINUED TO DESTINATION (DTW) AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. FOUND ICE ACCUMULATION ON OUTFLOW VALVE. REMOVED ICE DEBRIS. OPERATIONAL CHECK OK. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

EXCESSIVE VIBRATION WAS COMING FROM THE NOSE LANDING GEAR AREA AFTER GEAR WAS RETRACTED. FLIGHT RETURNED TO MSO AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. UPON INSPECTION, FOUND NOSE GEAR DOOR STOP CABLE BROKEN. REMOVED BROKEN CABLE; CLOSED AND SECURED NOSE GEAR DOORS. DEFERRED REPAIR PER MEL 32-7. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
