Maintenance disclosures
THE FLIGHT CREW DESCRIBED HAVING A PRESSURIZATION ISSUE DURING THE CLIMB AFTER TAKEOFF. THE FLIGHT CREW ELECTED TO RETURN BACK TO THE AIRPORT AND LAND FOR MAINTENANCE CONSIDERATIONS. THE BASE MAINTENANCE TEAM INSPECTED THE TAIL AREA AND FOUND THE WATER SEPARATOR SLEEVE TO HAVE SHIFTED OVER CAUSING A LOSS IN AIRFLOW LEADING TO THE PRESSURIZATION DISCREPANCY. THE SLEEVE WAS REPOSITIONED AND SECURED, LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING LANDING THE RIGHT THRUST REVERSER GREEN REVRS LIGHT FLASHES INTERMITTENTLY AND EXTINGUISHES WITH TR ACTIVATION. THEREFORE NOT ALLOWING THE RIGHT TR TO POWER UP. OPERATIONS WERE CONTINUED ON MEL. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT THE LEFT T/R SYSTEM AND FOUND THE RIGHT TR DEPLOY SWITCH TO BE INTERMITTENT IN OPERATIONS. THE FAULTY SWITCH WAS REMOVED AND A NEW SWITCH WAS INSTALLED. OPERATIONS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED A "TCAS FAIL" ANNUNCIATION ON THE PDF AND TCAS TEST FAIL AURAL ANNOUNCEMENT DURING PREFLIGHT TESTING. OPERATIONS WERE CONTINUED PER MEL. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR RESET THE TCAS CIRCUIT BREAKER AND PERFORMED FAULT DIAGNOSTIC CHECKS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE ANY OF THE RECORDED FAULTS. PERFORMED GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF TCAS SYSTEM. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE
