UPON LANDING GEAR EXTENSION, THE "A" HYDRAULIC QUANTITY DROPPED TO ZERO. AT LANDING, WE HAD TO USE THE NITROGEN EMERGENCY BRAKES IN ORDER TO BRING THE AIRCRAFT TO A STOP. EMERGENCY DECLARED. REMOVED DAMAGED NOSE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR EXTEND AND RETRACT HOSES AND INSTALLED NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NOSE LANDING GEAR EXTEND AND RETRACT HOSES. REMOVED NOSE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR FUSELAGE ATTACHMENT HARDWARE AND REMOVED CONTAMINATED ACTUATOR ELASTOMER WASHERS. INSTALLED NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ELASTOMER WASHERS AND RE-INSTALLED NOSE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR BACK TO FUSELAGE WITH ORIGINAL ATTACHMENT HARDWARE. COMPLETED HYDRAULIC BLEED PROCEDURE, COMPLETED MAIN GEAR BRAKE BLEED PROCEDURE, COMPLETED 10 GEAR SWINGS WITH NO LEAKS OR COMPONENT INTERFERENCE NOTED. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD. WORK DONE IAW CESSNA CE-750 AMM 32-30-03, 32-42-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED. P/N OFF: S3128A0131-000G, P/N ON: AS116-06K0130, P/N OFF: S3218B0136-000G, P/N ON: AS116-06K0136.
A-SIDE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM QUANTITY LOSS. FLIGHT CREW USED EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION TO LAND. UPON INSPECTION, TECHNICIANS FOUND RH MLG ACTUATOR HOSE RUPTURED: FOUND RH MLG ACTUATOR EXTENSION FLEX HOSE BRAIDING TO BE COMPROMISED. REMOVED BOTH LH AND RH MLG EXTENSION FLEX HOSES, LH PN: S128C0124-000G, RH PN: S5312A0106-000G. INSTALLED NEW HOSES LH PN: AS117-06K0124, RH PN: S3128A0106-000G IAW CESSNA MODEL 750 AMM 32-30-00. SERVICED EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION IAW CESSNA MODEL 750 AMM 12-10-15. LEAK AND OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY.
DURING CLIMB THROUGH FL380 A LOUD THUD WAS HEARD IN WHEEL WELL FOLLOWED BY LANDING GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED TO KMCO. ON DESCENT AT FL200 THE LANDING GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. ON APPROACH WHEN GEAR SELECTED TO DOWN POSITION, LANDING GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY WITH 3 GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATORS. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPACKED THE NOSE LANDING GEAR STRUT. GEAR SWINGS WERE PERFORMED NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
IN FLIGHT CREW HEAR A POPPING SOUND IN COCKPIT FOLLOWED BY "NOSE DOOR OPEN L" CAS MESSAGE. FOLLOWED EMERGENCY CHECKLIST AND DIVERTED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE FOUND NOSE FORWARD LATCH OPEN. LATCH WAS ADJUSTED AND LUBRICATED. OPERATION CHECKED OKAY. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
APU GENERATOR KICKED OFF LINE AND SMOKE NOTED FROM TAIL CONE. INSPECTION IDENTIFIED APU GENERATOR HAD EXPERIENCED A HIGH HEAT INCIDENT AND INTERNAL FAILURE. AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO MANUFACTURER FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION. SDR SUPPLEMENT TO FOLLOW.
