DURING GROUND INSPECTION IN ATL, THE CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT OVER ROW 10 WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BURNED OUT CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT BULB. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE. (M)
