ACCOMPLISHED FIM ASK 21-20-00, FOUND SMALL AMOUNT OF DEICING FLUID AT NR 2 ENG AIR INLET. CLEANED AS REQUIRED, RUN ENG IAW ETN-EM-72-034. NO SMOKE& NO WARNING, OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 ENG IAW 71-000-00. ALL LEAK AND OPS CHECKS GOOD.

PASS COMPT FWD EMERGENCY LIGHT WILL NOT ILLUMINATE. FOUND LOOSE CONNECTOR FOR CABIN FWD EMERGENCY LIGHT IAW AMM 33-50-12. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
MAIN CABIN DOOR HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE. INSPECTED MAIN CABIN DOOR AND FOUND ALL 4 GUIDE ROLLERS VERY DRY CLEANED AND LUBRICATED ROLLER OPS. CK OF OPENING AND CLOSING MECHANISM WORKING NORMAL IAW AMM 52-10-00.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION FOUND THE FORWARD EMERGENCY FLOOR LIGHT STRIP INOPERABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. RECONNECTED CONNECTOR. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS NORMAL IAW EMB145 33-50-12. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 42408 THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED A LOUD SQUEAL FROM THE MAIN CABIN DOOR AND COULD SEE LIGHT THROUGH GAP IN DOOR SEAL. SAME NOISE WAS HEARD FROM FLIGHT DECK. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED SECURITY STICKERS FROM PASSENGER DOOR/FRAME INTERFACE. DOOR FRAME SEAL APPEARS OTHERWISE SOUND AS PER EMB AMM 53-21-01. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING B INSPECTION FOUND THE SERVICE DOOR EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE SERVICE DOOR EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHT BULB IAW EMB AMM 33-50-10. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4198 THE CREW REPORTED THEY RECEIVED A BLEED 1 OVERTEMP MESSAGE. THE CREW COMPLIED WITH AOM PROCEDURES AND NOTIFIED SOC, OPS & FLIGHT ATTENDANT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. TROUBLESHOT IAW EMB 145 FIM 36-11-00-810-803A FOUND BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT OUTLET TEMP SENSOR BAD REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW EMB 145 AMM 36-20-01 PERFORMED OPC IAW EMB 145 AMM 36-00-00-700-803-A OPC GOOD NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING POST FLIGHT INSPECTION FOUND THE CAPTAINâS FLASHLIGHT INOPERABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CAPTAINâS FLASHLIGHT ASSEMBLY IAW EMB 145 AMM 33-50-16. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

ON FLIGHT 3636 THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE NUMBER 2 PACK WAS INOPERABLE AT FLIGHT LEVEL 23000 AND WOULD NOT RESET. THE CAPTAIN DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND ELECTED TO DIVERT CAE. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. RE-ACTIVATED OUTFLOW VALVES IAW EMB AMM 21-31-04. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD IAW EMB AMM TASK 21-31-00-700-804-A. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4398 DURING THE DESCENT THE CREW REPORTED, SMELLED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT. THE CREW PERFORMED THE PROCEDURES FOR COCKPIT SMOKE AND FUMES AND AIRCRAFT OPERATING MANUAL PROCEDURES. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED IN ORD WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE CREW CANCELED THE EMERGENCY IN BOUND AFTER PARKING CHECKS NOTICED CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR EICAS WAS POPPED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. FOUND THE EICAS DISPLAY UNIT TO BE THE CAUSE OF THE SMELL. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EICAS DISPLAY UNIT IAW EMB MM 31-41-00. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3410, CREW REPORTED A BRAKE DEGRADE MESSAGE ON TAXI IN. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. FOUND NR 2 BRAKE ASSEMBLY AND SHUTTLE VALVE DAMAGED. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 BRAKE ASSY AS PER EMB 145-WORK CARD 32-600-14. OPERATIONAL CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
