FOUND NLG NR 2 WOW SWITCH, NLG UPLOCK SWITCH NR 1, AND NLG NR 2 UPLOCK SWITCHES TO BE DIRTY. CLEANED ALL SWITCHES AND INSPECTED GAPS AND FOUND GAPS TO BE WITHIN LIMITS. PERFORMED INSP PER AMM REF 32-32-09. PERFORMED GEAR SWING PER AMM REF 32-30-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
AFTER DEPARTURE THE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AND RECEIVED A MASTER WARNING GEAR UNSAFE MESSAGE. CONTINUED TO FLY AT 200 KTS AND EXTENDED THE GEAR ONE MORE TIME. SAME RESULTS. THE GEAR PROBLEM SHOWED THE NOSE GEAR WORKED NORMAL BUT THE MAINS WOULD NOT RETRACT PROPERLY. DID NOT DECLARE EMERGENCY BUT HAD THE FIRE COMMAND CHECK THE GEAR AFTER WE WERE OFF THE RUNWAY. UPON SELECTING GEAR HANDLE IN THE UP POSITION, NOSE GEAR WENT RED. GOT GEAR DISAGREE AND NOSE WHEEL STEERING INOP MESSAGE. AFTER 30 SECONDS RT MLG WAS ALSO UNABLE TO READ LOCATION. TRANSFERRED TO NRWC 350001 AND MM08 AS MX WORK PACKAGE. R & R WEIGHT OFF WHEELS TARGET PN ON/OFF: 52149-6 IAW AMM 32-61-05. COMPLIED WITH ALL GEAR SWINGS IAW AMM 32-30-00, ALL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. SEE CONT CARDS 082174 AND 082175 FOR DETAILS.
