USED BOTH THE PNEUMATIC BLOW DOWN AND THE MANUAL RELEASE AND STILL NO SAFE INDICATION. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. LANDING WAS NORMAL. NOSE GEAR UNSAFE REMAINED UNTIL SHUT DOWN. REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE GEAR WIRING HARNESS AND NLG DOWN LOCK SWITCH.
AFTER GEAR EXTENDED, NO NOSE GEAR INDICATED WITH RED UNLOCK LIGHT. ATC VERIFIED IT WAS DOWN. RAN EMERGENCY ABNORMAL CHECK Q1, PULLED BLOW DOWN HANDLE AND D RING, TO NO AVAIL. DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED. UPON TOUCHDOWN ALL INDICATIONS RETURNED TO NORMAL. RESET EMERGENCY GEAR BOTTLE VALVE TO CLOSED. RESET LANDING GEAR OVERRIDE VALVE. CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES TO BLEED SYSTEM. COMPLIED WITH LANDING GEAR EXTENSION & RETRACTION SEVERAL TIMES AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE. FROZE NOSE GEAR DOWN AND LOCK SWITCH AND INSPECTED ASSOCIATED WIRING STILL NO DEFECTS NOTED SERVICED GEAR BLOW DOWN BOTTLES AND SAFTIED. ALL WORK IAW MM 12-10-36 AND 32-00-01.
STRONG MUSTY ODOR IN CABIN WHEN PACS ARE OPERATING. REPLACED CABIN & COCKPIT COALESCER SOCKS. OPERATIONS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 12-11-10-1. BORESCOPED APU INLET & IMPELLER. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
FLOORBOARD ATTACH ANGLE BEHIND PEDESTAL IS CRACKED. ACCOMPLISHED REPAIR DEFINITION S 750-ATA53 11RD REV A DATED 1/25/14.
ON GROUND AFTER START, TURNED ON APU BLEED AIR & CABIN PACK RECEIVED A BURNED, MUSTY ODOR AND WHITE SMOKE FILLED THE CABIN . THE CABIN PACK TEMP SELECT WAS AT 65, AND THE SUPPLY WAS AT 195 AND CLIMBING. AFTER TURNING OFF THE CABIN PACK THE ODOR AND SMOKE SLOWLY DISSIPATED. INSPECTED CABIN ACM AND FOUND TURBINE COMPRESSOR NOT ROTATING. REMOVED & REPLACED CABIN TURBINE COMPRESSOR IAW MM 21-51-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF, MLG HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE TO THE UP POSITION. FOUND SPACER FOR SWITCH STRIKER IN WRONG POSITION, REPOSITIONED SPACER, OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 32-20-02.
DURING START FOR ARRIVAL, STAB BLEED LEAK-RT RED CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED & RED MASTER WARNING LIGHT. LIGHT REMAINED UNTILL 1,000 FT AGL. LIGHT OFF FOR 1 SEC & REILLUMINATED FOR DURATION. INTERROGATED DAV2 BOTH A TO B CHANNELS FOUND "STAB AFT STRUCTURE TEMP R" AT 160 & DROPPING. COMPARED LT SIDE ON DAV 1 A & B CHANNELS, LT AMBIENT TEMPS. RT SIDE, IN 2-3 MINUTES, DOWN 25-30 DEG. RAN ENGS WITH LT & RT A/I SWITCH OFF & MONITORED TEMP SENSORS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. TURNED RT A/I SWITCH ON & NOTICED NORMAL TEMP INCREASE. LT WAS SAME. WAITED & TURNED BOTH STAB A/I SWITCHES ON, NO DEFECTS NOTED. VISUAL INSPECTED SENSORS, WIRING, SURROUNDING DUCTING & AREA, NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 30-16-00.
DURING DESCENT OUT OF APPROX 22000 STRONG SULPHUR ODOR WAS NOTICED FOR APPROX 30 SECONDS BY BOTH CREW AND PAX THEN BEGAN TO DISSIPATE. ON SHORT FINAL SULPHUR ODOR ONCE AGAIN APPEARED BUT NOT AS STRONG. HAD DEICED AT 10AM THIS MORNING AND ODOR SMELLED LIKE DEICE FLUID. R & R FWD ACM R & R AFT ACM. REPLACED LT AND RT COALESCER SOCKS PN 21BC115 RAN FWD AND AFT ACM SYS HEAT AND COOL CHECK FOR LEAKS AND REPORTED SMELL NO LEAKS OR REPORTED SMELL NOTED WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 12-51-00 AND 12-10-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.
A NOTICIBLE THUMP NOISE HEARD FROM NOSE GEAR AREA ABOUT 5 MIN AFTER TAKEOFF. NO ABNORMAL INDICATIONS ON LANDING GEAR OR HYDRAULICS. BUMP HEARD A SECOND TIME AT FL270, WITH NO OTHER ABNORMAL INDICATIONS. PERFORMED GEAR BUMP TROUBLESHOOTING IAW MM 32-30-00 ADJUSTED NLG UPLOCK SWITCH. PERFORMED NLG EMERGENCY EXTENSION CABLE RIGGING. ALL TESTS PASS AT THIS TIME. DONE IAW MM 32-30-00.
ON CLIMBOUT AND ON DECENT EXPERIENCED THE BUMP IN THE NIGHT 10 TO 15 TIMES. JACKED AIRCRAFT AND TROUBLESHOT BUMP. CHECKED NOSE GEAR EXT. CHECKED GOOD. CHECK EACH GEAR CABLE TENSION. CLEARED GOOD. CHECKED MLG & NLG UPLOCK SN RIGGING. FOUND NOSE & LT MLG RIGGING GOOD. FOUND RT MLG SWITCH TO BE .2185 WHICH IS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED SN DURING GEAR 6 TIMES, ALL CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW AMM 32-30-20. DOWN JACKED AIRCRAFT.
FORWARD GALLEY DRAIN HEATER OVER TEMPED MELTING GROMMET AND DISCOLORING FILLET FAIRING. REMOVED & REPLACED DRAIN HEATER IAW MM 38-30-02. OPS & DRAIN CHECKS GOOD.
PILOT'S WINDOW OUTER PANE SHATTERED AT FL430. REMOVED LT ALTERNATOR AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED UNIT. GROUND RAN AIRCRAFT- ALL ELECTRICAL CHECKS AND ALTERNATOR OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING CLIMB AND CRUISE FLIGHT HEARD SEVERAL THUMPS/CLUNKS COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE PLANE. DURING CLIMB AND DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, WE HEARD SEVERAL THUMPS/CLUNKS COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE PLANE. CHECKED SERVICE (NITROGEN) SERVICE ON ALL STRUTS, ALL FOUND TO BE GOOD. CK'D NOSE STRUT MEASUREMENT 9.77", CK'D UPLOCK SWITCH AND WIRING, CK'D GOOD. CK'D WIRING FROM PCB BOARD TO UPLOCK SW. CK'D GOOD. C/W GEAR HUMP TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES, NO DEFECTS NOTED. SERVICED NLG STRUT WITH HYD AND NITROGEN.
WHEN FLAPS WERE SELECTED TO 15 DEGREES, THEY FAILED AT APPROX 10 DEGREES. FOUND BITE NR 2 INDICATED. REMOVED BAD PDU, PN 9914615-3, SN 174A, AND INSTALLED O/H PDU, PN 9914615-3EX. SN 601A, IAW MM CHAP 27-52-00 SECTION 3. OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY. REINSTALLED PANEL 313AB REMOVED FOR ACCESS.
WHEN FLAPS WERE SELECTED TO 15* THEY FAILED AT APPROXIMATELY 10*

CYCLED SLATS/ FLAPS 3 TIMES. NO FAULTS NOTED. CONTACTED MCC. NO FAULT HISTORY SINCE JAN 2008. SUSPECT COLD SOAK ISSUE.
AT FL 450, LEVEL FLIGHT, HAD STRONG ODOR IN COCKPIT SMELLED LIKE BURNED PLASTIC MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. ODOR SEEMED TO COME FROM LT SIDE OF COCKPIT. INSPECTED AND FOUND TRANSISTOR QI001 PLASTIC COVER SHOWING SIGNS OF HEAT DISCOLORATION. ON FURTHER INSP OF TRANSISTOR FOUND INSULATING SLEEVES FOR THE PINS MISSING ALLOWING TRANSISTOR TO GROUND AGAINST MOUNTING BRACKET. REPLACED TRANSISTOR WITH NEW AND INSTALLED REQUIRED INSULATING SLEEVES ON PINS IAW MM CHAP 33-10-01. SYSTEM OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
AT FL 450, LEVEL FLIGHT, HAD STRONG ODOR IN COCKPIT (SMELLED LIKE BURNED PLASTIC ).
DIVERTED EN ROUTE DUE TO DETECTION OF AN UNUSUAL ODOR OF UNKNOWN SOURCE OR ORIGIN IN COCKPIT AND CABIN.
DIVERT ENROUTE, DUE TO DETECTION OF AN UNUSUAL ODOR, OF UNKNOWN SOURCE OR ORIGIN IN COCKPIT AND CABIN. THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF SMOKE (VISUAL). NOTE: NOT OF ELECTRICAL OR A/C MUSTY ODOR. T/S AND RAN APU BLEED AIR AND PAC'S SEPARATE WITH NO DEFECTS. RAN ENGINES AT DIFFERENT PWR SETTINGS AND PAC'S INDIVIDUAL WITH NO DEFECTS. INSPECTED ACM OIL WAS SERVICED TO LIMITS, CLEANED, WATER SOCKS AND PERFORMED ADDITIONAL RUN WITH F/O AND NO DEFECTS NOTED. IAW MM 21-51-00 OF 12-10-01.
ABORTED T/O, AT 50-60 KTS GOT A AMBER CAS MSG "CABIN DOOR AND VENT DOOR " OPEN. WENT OUT AS WE SLOWED BELOW 50 KTS. GAINED ACCESS TO MED BY REMOVEING STEPS FOUND VENT DOOR PROX SWITCH OUT OF RIG. RE-RIGGED CABIN VENT DOOR PROX SWITCH. OP'S CHECK GOOD. VERIFIED PROPER SEQUENCE. WORK IN REF MM 52-10-07.
GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ON AFTER GEAR RETRACTION. FOUND RT MLG TRAILING LINK THROUGH BOLT MISSING.
DURING CLIMBOUT THROUGH APPROX 7000 FT AGL IN GUSTY WINDS A RUD LIMIT FAIL A ILLUMINATED WITH RUDDER LIMIT AT 27 PERCENT .
SMOKE IN CABIN ON START OF TAXI, MAINLY LT SIDE VENTS NEAR TABLE. REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD ACM ASSY IAW MM CH 21-51-00. OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
RUDDER LIMIT FAIL B 89 PERCENT. REPLACED LOWER LIMIT (B) ACTUATOR IAW CH 27-23-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
AMBER CAS (FLAPS FAIL) IN FLIGHT SLAT EXTENDED AND FLAPS FAILED APPROX 15 DEGREES WITH FLAPS SELECTED TO 35 DEGREES. TROUBLESHOT DISCREPANCY TO INTERNAL FAILURE OF THE FLAP SOFT START MODULE. REMOVED MODULE AND INSTALLED REPAIRED SOFT START MODULE. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. WORK PERFORMED I.A.W CHATPER 27-50-00 OF THE CITATION 750 M.M
AFTER TAKEOFF (FLAPS FAIL) CAS MESSAGE CAME ON AFTER TRYING TO RETRACT THE FLAPS. FLAPS FAILED AT 15 DEGREES, FLAPS WILL NOT RESET. [SUP 05-02-07] REMOVED & REPLACED FLAP CONTROLLER & PDU IAW CE750 AMM 27-50-00 AND 27-52-00. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED IAW CE750 AMM 27-50-00.
FLAP FAIL CAS ILLUMINATED CLIMBING THROUGHT FL 360 PRESSED FLAP RESET BUTTON & THE CONDITION CLEARED NO FUTHER ABNORMALITIES DURING APPROACH & LANDING. PERFORMED CITATION X FLAP TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE AND TROUBLESHOT DISCREPANCY TO AN INTERMITTENTLY FAILING R/H RESOLVER R & R RESOLVER WITH AN INSPECTED ONE. FLAP SYSTEM OPS CHECKS GOOD. WORK PERFORMED I.AW.. CHAPTER 27-52-00 OF THE CITATION 750 MM.
CABIN PAC HAS SWEET OILY ODOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED LT COALESCER IAW MM CHAP 21-51-00. DUE TO DEICE FLUID CONTAMINATION. CLEANED AND REINSTALLED RT COALESCER IAW MM CHAP 12-10-01. RAN PACS FOR 45 MIN UNTIL SMELL CLEARED FROM DUCTS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. FOR DETAILS REF. FAS W/O NR 06-2844.
AFTER TAKEOFF DURING GEAR RETRACTION, THE GEAR HANDLE WAS DIFFICULT TO MOVE OUT OF THE DOWN DETENT BUT EVENTUALLY DID MOVE TO THE UP POSTION. MAINS RETRACTED NOSE DID NOT. STILL HAD GREEN NOSE LIGHT AND RED UNSAFE LIGHT. HANDLE WAS MOVED TO GEAR DOWN AND 3 GREEN RETURNED. JACKED A/C, FOUND NOSE STRUT NOT FULLY EXTENDING. FOUND NO PRESSURE IN LOWER CHAMBER. REPACKED WITH NEW SEALS AND O-RINGS. SERVICED NLG. PERFORMED OPS CHECK, GOOD, SEVERAL TIMES. DOWNJACKED A/C WORK COMPLETED IAW CE750 CHAP 32-20-02.
NOSE GEAR MAKES CLUNKING SOUND DURING CRUISE FLIGHT. APPROXIMATELY EVERY 15 MINUTES IT SOUNDS LIKE NOSE GEAR IS BEING RETRACTED. ADJUSTED NOSE GEAR UPLOCK CABLE IAW 750 MM 32-30-06. ADJUSTED NOSE GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH IAW 750 MM 32-30-05, NOSE GEAR OPS CK GOOD.
DURING DESCENT THRU FL250 THE NOSE GEAR BUMPED TWICE AND TRIED TO UNLOCK. GAINED ACCESS TO LANDING GEAR CONTROL MODULE AND VERIFIED INSTALLED PART NUMBER OF 9914637-1. REMOVED LGCM AND INSTALLED A MODIFIED LGCM IAW CE750 MM 32-30-02. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY LANDING GEAR RETRACT SYSTEM, OPERATIONAL CHECKS.
AT APPROX 65-70 KIAS ON TAKEOFF ROLL FOR OCF. HP DUCT OVERPRESSURE R EICAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED .TAKEOFF ABORTED. - REMOVED AND REPLACED SWITCH DUE TO FAILED OPERATION. SYSTEM OPERATIONALLY CHECKS GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE 750 MM CHP 36-11-00.
AT FL410 WITH AUTOPILOT ENGAGED, ACFT BEGAN 10 DEG LT & RT ROLL OSCILLATION WITH A 1 SEC TIME AMPLITUDE. OSCILLATIONS CONTINUED 18 MINS. OPS NORMAL WITH AP DISENGAGED. DESCENDED TO FL360. RE-ENGAGED AP & 5 MINS LATER AUTO PILOT ENGAGED, OSCILLATIONS BEGAN AGAIN WITH CYAN CAS MESSAGE AILERON RATIO LOW. CONFIRMED LT AILERON OSCILLATING. ALL HYD PRESS & QTY NORMAL. FOUND FWD FUSELAGE AILERON CABLE TENSION HIGH. ADJUSTED Y2 TURN IN SPEC. CHECKED & FOUND LT AILERON POSITION DRIVE COUPLER CRACKED, REPLACED AILERON RESOLVER FLEX LINE. CHECKED & FOUND A+B AILERON RATIO ACTUATORS LEAKING, REPLACED BOTH ACTUATORS. INSTALLED FWD FAIRING PANELS, INSPECTED RIG & CONDITION OF AILERON RESOLVER SYS, NO DEFECTS.
DURING FLIGHT AT FL410 WITH AUTOPILOT ENGAGED, AIRCRAFT BEGAN 10 DEGREE LEFT AND RIGHT ROLL OSCILLATION WITH A 1 SEC TIME AMPLITUDE. OSCILLATIONS CONTINUED FOR 18 MINS. OPS ARE NORMAL WITH AP DISENGAGED. DESCENDED TO FL360, RE-ENGAGED AP AND 5 MINS LATER AUTO PILOT ENGAGED AND OSCILLATIONS BEGAN AGAIN WITH CYAN CAS MESSAGE, AILERON RATIO LOW. VISUALLY CONFIRMED AT LEAST LEFT AILERON OSCILLATING. ALL HYD PRESS AND QTY NORMAL. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
DURING CLIMBOUT TO ALTITUDE HEARD KNOCKING NOISE AND FELT BUMP FROM NOSE WHEEL AREA SEVERAL TIMES. FOUND RT NOSE LANDING GEAR PILLOW BLOCK LOOSE. REMOVED AND INSTALLED NEW BLOCK ASSY, OPS CHECK NORMAL WORK IAW CESSNA 750 MM CHPT 32-30-00.
DURING MAINTENENCE NOTICED A STRONG INSULATION BURNING ODOR IN THE CABIN, COMING FROM THE AFT CLOSET AREA. ACCESSED ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IN AFT CLOSET, PULLED BREAKERS FOR AIRSHOW, INVERTER, AUDIO AMP AND CABIN MODULE SMELL STILL THERE. ACCESSED BAGGAGE FAN FOUND NOT CAUSE OF SMELL, FOUND WEMAC BOOST FAN TO BE THE CAUSE OF THE ELECTRICAL SMELL, MOTOR OPERATING SLOW AND NOISY. REMOVED AND REPLACED FAN IAW CESSNA 750 MM CHAPTER 21-21-00.
DURING TAXI OUT ENGINE (FAILED L) RED CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. LT ENGINE ROLL BACK FROM IDLE AND HAD UNCOMMANDED SHUTDOWN. REMOVED & REPLACED ENGINE BLEED VALVE IAW ALLISON/ROLLS-ROYCE MM CHAPTER 75-31-15, GROUND RUNS & OPS CHECKS GOOD.
NOSE WHEEL BEGAN SHAKING VIOLENTLY PASSING THROUGH 60 KNOTS DURING TAKEOFF ROLL. REPLACED LT & RT NOSE TIRE & WHEEL ASSY IAW 750 M/M 32-41-01.
