EN ROUTE, WE COULD SMELL A STRONG ODOR IN THE COCKPIT. ONCE WE LANDED THE F/O COULD DETECT THE ODOR COMING FROM THE ELECTRICAL PANEL BEHIND THE F/O'S SEAT. THE BUS SERV FEED CIRCUIT BREAKER IS POPPED BEHIND THE F/O'S SEAT (C/B F5). REPAIRED WIRES GOING INTO THE RIGHT DCPC-TB4-TERMINAL ENDS AT LOCATION NR 3 IAW ESPM 20-16-00. ALSO REPLACED TB4, ALL CHECKS GOOD. C/B F5 ON CB2 RESET. A/C OK FOR SERVICE.

THE PHOTOLUMINESCENT STRIP ON FLOOR FWD OF THE COAT CLOSET WILL NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN LIGHTS ARE OFF. REPLACED EMERGENCY FLOOR PATH LIGHTING STRIP P/N PL88-900LH00 IAW CRJ 900 AMM 33-51-01.

ON MLG RETRACTION , HAD A MLG DISAGREE MASTER WARNING WITH NLG SHOWING UNSAFE. FOLLOWED BLUE TAB DESCENDED WITH MLG DOWN & LANDED. INSPECTED NLG AND NLG PROX SWITCHES. NO FAULTS FOUND, INTEGRATED MDC & FOUND NO RELATED CURRENT FAULTS, RECORDED FAULT HISTORY FROM LAST LEG, INSPECTED ACFT & FOUND SAFE FOR ONE TIME FERRY FLT WITH MLG DOWN AND PINS INSTALLED.
LOSS BRAKES DURING TAXI, ONLY PARKING BRAKE WORKS. BRAKES APPEAR TO BE FROZEN. INSPECTED BRAKES FOUND NO DISCREPANCIES, PERFORMED OPS CK OF PARKING BRAKE AND ALL CHECKS GOOD IAW MM 32-40. SUSPECT TEMP FLUID LOCK DUE TO TEMP CONDITIONS.
DURING OTHER MAINTENANCE NOTED EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH WAS LEFT ON BY FLIGHT CREW AND EMERGENCY LIGHTS DIM/INOPERATIVE BATTERY PACKS REQUIRE REPLACEMENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL 5 BATTERY PACKS.
