DURING CRUISE OF FLIGHT, THE PICâS FRONT WINDSHIELD PANE SHATTERED. DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE WINDSHIELD AND A SLIGHT BURNING SMELL IN THE COCKPIT, THE CREW DESCENDED TO 10,000 FEET, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, AND DIVERTED TO PTP. CORRECTIVE ACTION IN WORK.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, HEARD A LOUD BANG, WITH LEFT LANDING GEAR SHOWING RED UNSAFE INDICATIONS ON BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY INDICATIONS. PERFORMED CHECKLIST AND COMPLETED FLIGHT WITH THE LANDING GEAR DOWN. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE LT MLG ACTUATOR ATTACH BRACKET CRACKED LOOSE FROM THE AIRFRAME.

FOUND CRACK ON AFT CARGO DOOR DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION.
DURING A GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTION, NOTICED THERE IS EXFOLIATION CORROSION OF THE WING PRESSURE DECK SEAL RETAINER LOCATED AT REAR SPAR (FUSELAGE FRAME 27) BETWEEN RIBS 1LT - 1RT.
AFTER DEPARTURE, THE BLUE HYDR SYS PRESSURE WENT TO -0-PSI. THE FLAPS WOULD NOT RETRACT, AFTER COMPLETING THE APPROPRIATE CHECKLIST, THE CREW DECIDED TO RETURN TO DEPARTURE. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING THE MECHANIC FOUND A BAD HYDR PUMP. (K)
DURING TAXI, THE NR 1 ENG OIL PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN. THE OIL FILLER CAP WAS FOUND UNSECURED. THE ENGINE OIL WAS SERVICED, THE CAP SECURED, AND RETURNED THE A/C TO SERVICE. NO FURTHER PROBLEMS NOTED.
DURING TAXI, NORMAL BRAKING ACTION WAS LOST. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING A TUBE TO THE BRAKE METERING VALVE WAS FOUND TO BE BROKEN. THE TUBE WAS REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
