FLT 4321 - DURING GROUND INSPECTION IN ATL, THE COCKPIT EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH WAS ACTIVATING THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS INTERMITTENTLY WHEN IN THE OFF POSITION. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE COCKPIT EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE. (M)
