ON THE TAKEOFF ROLL, BELOW V1, ENGINE OIL LOW PRESSURE MASTER WARNING ILLUMINATED EXTINGUISHED THEN ILLUMINATED AGAIN TAKEOFF ABORTED
PILOT OXYGEN MASK MICROPHONE HAS NO SOUND. INSTALLED REPLACEMENT CAPTAINS O2 MASK IAW IAW STC STO1444SE DOCUMENT 3510-1 OPS CHECK GOOD.
A LOW-SPEED ABORTED TAKEOFF OCCURRED AT APPROXIMATELY 50 KNOTS DURING THE INITIAL TAKEOFF ROLL DUE TO A MOMENTARY MASTER WARNING ALERT ON THE CREW ALERTING PANNEL. THE CREW NOTIFIED THE TOWER, AND THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE RUNWAY. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT, SERVICED THE ENGINE OIL, AND THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
FLOORBEAM AT FRAME 39 IS BENT.
LEFT AILERON CENTER FITTING ATTACH LUG IS GOUGED IN TWO SPOTS.
CORROSION ON THE RT WING SPAR.
LEFT AILERON CENTER FITTING ATTACH LUG IS GOUGED IN TWO SPOTS, FOUND FITTING TO BE CRACKED AFTER REMOVAL.
DURING TAXI, AFTER LANDING THE RT BRAKE WAS NOT EFFECTIVE. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING, THE MECHANIC REPLACED THE MASTER CYLINDER IAW ATR 42, JIC 32-42-13, RAI 10000. THE SYS CHECKED GOOD.
F/O LT BRAKE INOPERATIVE, GOES TO THE FLOOR. TROUBLESHOT SYS AND REPLACED THE COPILOTS BRAKE MASTERCYLINDER. THE SYSTEM CHECK GOOD AND THE ACFT WAS RETURN TO SERVICE.

FLOOR PANEL 213BF UNDER 80VU ELECTRONICS RACK FOUND TO HAVE PITTING CORROSION OUT OF LIMITS. REPLACED FLOOR PANEL P/N S53173111200 IAW ATR SRM.
DURING A ONE YEAR AND TWO YEAR INSPECTION THE NUMBER TWO ENGINE LEFT AFT LATERAL AIRFRAME MOUNT BRACKET WAS FOUND BROKEN.
LEFT ENGINE MOUNT TUBE NR 1 HAS SMALL CHAFE MARK ON I/B SIDE OF THE TUBE. BLENDED OUT IAW ATR REPAIR REF DO/TS-677/09-11321.
CORROSION ON LEFT WING REAR SPAR BETWEEN RIBS 28 AND RIBS 29. BLENDED OUT IAW ATR STRUCTURAL REPAIR INSTRUCTION DO/TS/-721/09-11337.
UPON REACHING FL 210 (RAIN AND ICING TO FL 210) AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO ADJUST THE CONDITION LEVERS. AT THIS TIME THE CREW DISCOVERED THE NR 2 ENGINE LEVER COULD NOT BE MOVED FORWARD OR BACKWARD. IT WAS STUCK AT APPROXIMATELY 56 DEGREES. AFTER LANDING AND REACHING THE GATE DURING ENGINE SHUTDOWN THE LEVER WAS FREE TO SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE. THE CABLES WERE CLEANED AND LUBED REF: ATR 42 MM JIC12-22-76. THE PANEL REMOVED WAS INSTALLED REF: FIG 54-00-00-RAI00130-001-AFT UPPER COWL. ALL CHECKS WERE SATIFACTORY.
