Maintenance disclosures
THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REPORTED THE CO-PILOT AVIONICS NOT TURNING OFF WITH MASTER SWITCH. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND VERIFIED THAT THE COPILOTS EFIS RELAY WAS DEFECTIVE. THE RELAY WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW RELAY. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING POST FLIGHT CHECKS HYDRAULIC FLUID WAS FOUND LEAKING FROM GANG DRAIN. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR DETERMINED THE NO1 HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR WAS DEFECTIVE. A REPAIRED ACCUMULATOR WAS INSTALLED. OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE NO3 ENGINE FUEL LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. NO FUEL LEAKS WERE NOTED ON POST FLIGHT CHECKS. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE NO3 ENGINE FUEL PRESSURES SWITCH WAS DEFECTIVE AND WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW SWITCH. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
