CREW NOTED BURNING OIL ODOR WITH BLEED AIR SELECTED TO EITHER NR 1 OR NR 2 SYSTEMS. MX DISCOVERED OIL ODOR COMING FROM BOTH BLEED AIR SYS AT EACH INDIVIDUAL ENGINE. BOTH ENGINES WERE REPLACED.
