DURING DECENT OF FLIGHT 7553 DLH-MSP WITH AIRCRAFT N914FX, THE CAPTAIN REPORTED THE NUMBER TWO OIL PRESSURE GAUGE WAS FLUCTUATING BETWEEN 0-20 PSI AND LOW OIL PRESSURE WAS INDICATED ON THE CAP. THE FLIGHT CREW PERFORMED THE #2 ENGINE SHUT DOWN PROCEDURES, AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED, AND AIRCRAFT 914FX LANDED UNEVENTFULLY IN MSP. MSP MAINTENANCE HAS IDENTIFIED A CRACKED OIL COOLER AS THE ISSUE AND PARTS HAVE BEEN ORDERED WITH THE EXPECTATION OF THE AIRCRAFT RETURNING TO SERVICE.
O2 BOTTLE AND REGULATOR LEAKING. REPLACED O2 BOTTLE AND O2 REGULATOR. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND. EMERGENCY EXTENSION PERFORMED NORMALLY. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM. FOUND WIRE 3231-6017 TO BE BROKEN IN HYDRAULICS BAY. REPAIRED WIRE 3231-6017 USING ENVIRONMENTAL SPLICE. PERFORMED NORMAL EXTENSION AND RETRACTION OF LANDING GEAR. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DURING SERVICING OF O2 CYLINDER, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT A LOUD STREAM OF AIR WAS ESCAPING FROM SMALL HOLE IN BACK OF CYLINDER VALVE NECK. REMOVED AND REPLACED O2 CYLINDER. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK WITH NO LEAKS DETECTED.
PILOT'S LH BRAKE INEFFECTIVE. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED LOW-PRESSURE BRAKE BLEED - OPS CHECKS GOOD.

RIGHT AILERON TEE PICK-UP FITTINGS DISCOVERED TO HAVE EXFOLIATION CORROSION DURING VISUAL INSPECTION. FABRICATED RT AILERON CENTER TEE PICK-UPS IAW SRM 5756110-01-001 AND SAMPLE. REPLACED RT AILERON CENTER TEE PICK-UPS AT RIBS 11 AND 12 IAW SRM 512503-02-001-A01.
ON LANDING, NOSE WHEEL STEERING FAILED TO RESPOND TO INPUT AND ACFT VEERED TO LEFT. APPLICATION OF NORMAL BRAKE ON PILOT AND CO-PILOT SIDE FAILED TO SLOW AND EMERGENCY BRAKES REQUIRED TO STOP. ONCE TAXI ATTEMPT WAS RESUMED, NOSE WHEEL STEERING AND NORMAL BRAKING RESUMED. TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND AFT HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR LOW. SERVICED ACCUMULATOR IAW JIC 12-14-29 SRU 10000. INSPECTED BRAKES AND NOSE LANDING GEAR FOR LEAKS, NO LEAKS NOTED. TAXIED ACFT AND PERFORMED OPS TEST OF NORMAL BRAKING IAW JIC 32-42-00 OPT 10000. CHECKED NOSE WHEEL STEERING WHILE TAXIING THE SYSTEM CHECKED NORMAL.
DURING TAKEOFF OF FLIGHT 8553 MSP-DLH THE NOSE TIRE SEPARTED FROM THE AIRCRAFT. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED IN DLH WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS.
RETURN TO BLOCKS, FLIGHT 7826 GPI TO GTF: AFTER TAXIING TO THE RUNWAY AND COMPLETION OF THE TAXI CHECKLIST ITEMS. THE CREW NOTICED A RAPID INCREASE IN TAT TEMP (TURBINE AIR TEMP) AND THE AFCS (AUTOMATIC FLIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM) SHOWED "DADC (DIGITAL AIR DATA COMPUTER) INVALID." BOTH ENGINE TORQUE BUGS INDICATED 20% AND WERE ERRONEOUS. AFTER A SYSTEM RE-BOOT FAILED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, A DECISION TO RETURN TO BLOCKS FOR MAINTENANCE WAS MADE. TROUBLESHOOTING IS STILL ONGOING, CORRECTIVE ACTION TO FOLLOW. FOUND NLG WIRE HARNESS CONNECTOR RECEPTACLE AT 5044 VC INTERNALLY SHORTED TO GROUND. REPLACED NLG WIRE HARNESS CONNECTOR RECEPTACLE 5004 VC. (S)

THE LT OB LONGITUDINAL FLOORBEAM IS CRACKED IN (2) PLACES. AT FRAME 28 AND FRAME 34. REMOVED AND REPLACED DAMAGED SECTIONS OF THE FLOORBEAM BY ADDING SPLICES IAW EO 5315-01. REMOVED SECTIONS RT BEAM FROM FRAME 21 TO 22, 24 TO 25 AND 29 TO 31. REMOVED SECTIONS OF THE LT BEAM FROM FRAMES 25 TO 28 AND 34 TO 36. RT BEAM PN WASBV-03, LT BEAM PN WASB-01. WO: 200042-44,46,50. ON TAXI OUT ON FLIGHT NR 7091; CREW DISCOVERED NORMAL BRAKES AND GREEN HYDRAULICS LOST DURING BRAKE CHECK. THEY TAXIED BACK USING EMERGENCY HAND BRAKE TO PARK AIRCRAFT. AIRCRAFT PARKED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED LT OB METERING VALVE OUTLET PIPE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (K)
AIR TURN BACK YVR, AFTER DEPARTURE LANDING GEAR SELECTED UP AND RECEIVED THREE GREEN AND RED INDICATIONS ON BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY INDICATIONS. CYCLED THE GEAR SELECTOR WITH THE SAME RESULTS. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE AIRFIELD. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL LEVER. THE LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE WAS REPLACED AS A PRECAUTION. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
