MAJOR REPAIR, LT ENGINE PROPELLER SPINNER IS CRACKED AT 3 BOLT HOLES AND OTHER HOLES SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR. FOUND AT COE MAJOR REPAIR LT ENGINE PROPELLER SPINNER IS CRACKED AT 3 BOLT HOLES AND OTHER HOLES SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR. CUT OUT 3 CRACKED CORNERS AND MADE REPLACEMENT CORNER PIECES. INSTALLED THE 3 CORNERS WITH REINFORCEMENT STRIPS DOUBLERS ON THE SPINNER. INSTALLED A 4TH REINFORCEMENT STRIP AS A COUNTER BALANCE ON THE SPINNER.
ODOR IN CREW COMPARTMENT, AFTER LANDING, WHILE TAXIING TO PARKING RAMP. THE CREW NOTICED A LIGHT BURNING SMELL IN COCKPIT, FOLLOWED BY NR1 PACK VALVE FAULT. SHORTLY AFTER ARRIVAL, PERFORMED A TEST ENGINE RUN WITH MECHANIC ON BOARD, TO DUPLICATE. WITH THE NR1 ENGINE PACK ON, AFTER 10 MINUTES, COCKPIT AND CABIN FILLED WITH WHITE SMOKE. CANCELLED FLIGHT DUE TO PROBLEM NOT BEING IDENTIFIED. TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND GROUND COOLING FAN INOPERATIVE AND AFT FLAP VANE DAMAGED. REPLACED GROUND COOLING FAN. (K)
EMERGENCY BATTERY CHARGE FAULT LIGHT CAME ON DURING CLIMB OUT. AC RETURNED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY BATTERY. MAINTENANCE CONTROL STATES BATTERY WAS NOT HOT WHEN REMOVED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (K)
