REMOVED THEN REINSTALLED AND TORQUED IAW 750AMM20-10-40, CAL TOOL: JEG9133 DUE 4/22/2026. LEAK CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. ACCOMPLISED HIGH POWER ENGINE RUNS IN REF TO C750 MM 71-00-04. NO DEFECTS NOTED. SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT. ACCOMPLISHED HIGH POWER ENGINE RUNS. IN REF TO C750MM71-00-04. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
HYD PUMP FAIL 'A' AMBER CAS MESSAGE IN FLIGHT. EMERGENCY DECLARED. RAN #1 ENGINE TO CONFIRM SQUAWK. AFTER START SEQUENCE HYD PUMP, A FAIL CAS MESSAGE APPEARED. RAN #2 ENGINE AND I GOT HYD PRESSURE ON A SIDE. SUSPECTED PUMP FAILURE. REMOVED #1 ENGINE HYD PUMP P/N: 66166 S/N: NX80P AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED HYD PUMP P/N: 66166 S/N: BK6652P. RAN #1 ENGINE AND OPS CHECKS LEAK CHECKS GOOD. REF CE-750 AMM 29-10-02.
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL FROM KPLN ON 11/18, THE FLIGHT CREW NOTICED A LIGHT HAZE ENTERING THE COCKPIT AND CABIN. THE CREW ABORTED TAKE OFF AND SUBMITTED THE FOLLOWING AML - M230566: SMOKE IN CABIN AND COCKPIT ON TAKE OFF. UPON INSPECTION AND TROUBLESHOOTING, TECHNICIANS FOUND THE DRAIN LINE FOR THE WATER SEPARATORS CRACKED AND LEAKING, ALLOWING LIGHT, OILY WATER TO MIX INTO THE ACM AIR. COALESCER SOCKS WERE CLEANED, DRAIN LINE REPLACED, AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS FOUND NO SMOKE/HAZE ENTERING INTO THE AIRCRAFT.
DURING TAKE OFF ROLL AT KSJC, THE FLIGHT CREW NOTICED SMOKE ENTERING THE COCKPIT. THE AIRCRAFT ABORTED TAKE OFF SAFELY AND RETURNED TO THE RAMP WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS FOUND THE THE #0 CARBON SEAL ON THE #! (LH) ENGINE WAS LEAKING, CAUSING OIL TO ENTER THE BLEED AIR SYSTEM. WORK COMPLETED BY TEXTRON AVIATION (CRS#: CNQD918C) ON MOUNTAIN AVIATION WORK ORDER MTN-2521: REMOVED LH ENGINE #0 CARBON SEAL (PN: 23073567) AND INSTALLED A NEW SEAL (PN: 23073567) DUE TO OIL LEAK. RAN AIRCRAFT, OPERATION AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW CH 72-25-25-400-801 OF THE AE3007C ENGINE MX MANUAL AND CH 21-51-00 OF THE CX 750 MX MANUAL.
ABORTED TAKE OFF AFTER SMOKE APPEARED IN COCKPIT. ABORTED TAKE OFF FLT CREW NOTED THAT SMOKE WAS EMITTING FROM THE VENTILATION SYS. FOUND EXCESSIVE OIL ON APU AGB & SURROUNDING AREA. BORESCOPED APU THROUGH INTAKE, NO OIL NOTED INTERNALLY. RAN APU & NOTED OIL LEAKING AT GENERATOR PAD. R & R COALESCER SOCKS IN BOTH WATER SEPARATORS. R & R APU GENERATOR PAD SEAL & RUNNER WITH NEW. CLEANED RESIDUAL OIL FROM APU BAY. RAN APU. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. NO SMOKE NOTED IN AIRCRAFT WITH APU ONLY RUNNING. RAN THE ENVIRONMENTAL SYS FULL COLD & FULL HOT AT HIGH POWER. VERIFIED NO SMOKE PRESENT , ODOR GONE. LEAK & OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY. PERFORMED IAW MM 21-60-00 AND GTCP36-150 MM 49-20-06.
