THREE OF THE BUSHINGS ON THE RH MOUNTING FOOT WAS FOUND TO BE FRACTURED.
BEARINGS, LINKAGE AND SLINED PIVOT SHAFT WORN.
FOUND TAIL ROTOR PITCH CHANGE SHAFT (PCS)- INPUT CONTROL TUBE ROD END BEARING OUTER RING WAS NO LONGER SECURE IN THE ROD END. ONCE THE ROD END WAS REMOVED FROM THE PCS, THE BEARING DID NOT HAVE ANY RESISTANCE TO KEEP IT INSTALLED INTO RODEND. THE ROD END WAS REPLACED WITH NEW.
BEARINGS, LINKAGE AND SLINED PIVOT SHAFT WORN.
BLUE MAIN ROTOR DAMPER OTBD BARREL NUT FOUND DAMAGED ON DAILY INSPECTION. REMOVED FAULTY BLUE DAMPER ASSEMBLY, PN 92106-15801-103 AND INSTALLED NEW DAMPER ASSEMBLY OF SAME PN. INSPECTED ALL OTHER DAMPERS IN SERVICE AND REPORTED INCIDENT TO TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE AND INSPECTION DEPARTMENT.
