APU FAIL CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING BEFORE LANDING CHECKS.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT ENGINE #2 FIRE LIGHT AND AUDIO WOULD COME ON MOMENTARILY AND THEN EXTINGUISH MULTIPLE TIMES. WE THEN RETURNED TO BASE.
DURING CRUISE, #1 AC GENERATOR FAILED AND WOULD NOT RESET. THEN RETURNED TO BASE.
APU FIRE DETECTOR INTERMITTENT IN FLIGHT.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, THE APU FIRE AUDIO OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY (EVERY 2-3 MINUTES) WITH THE APU - OFF (NOT RUNNING). NO SECONDARY OR INDICATIONS OF FIRE WERE PRESENT. CREW PERFORMED REQUIRED ACTIONS PER RFM INCLUDING CLEARING TURNS, AND ELECTED TO RTB TO HOUMA.
FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOR 2-3 SECONDS, THEN WENT OUT. REPEATED 3 TIMES. LIGHT WAS OUT APPROX 30 SECONDS BETWEEN REPETITIONS.
DURING CLIMB, FIRE LIGHT WITH AUDIO AND NR 2 ENGINE FIRE LIGHT CAME ON. ON BRINGING NR 2 ENGINE LEVEL TO IDLE FIRE WARNING LIGHT WENT OUT. LANDED AND PUT ENGINE TO FLY BEFORE LANDING, ON LANDING FIRE NR 2 ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN. REMOVED NR 2 ENGINE OTBD FIRE DETECTOR AND WIRING HARNESS. INSTALLED PROTECTIVE SHRINK WRAP IAW ENGINEERING INSTRUCTION E92-702-55-991 DATED 7-2-12. REINSTALLED NR 2 ENGINE OTBD FIRE DETECTOR AND WIRING HARNESS. PERFORMED FUNCTION CHECK - CHECKED GOOD. OPS CHECK FLIGHT WAS SUCCESSFUL.
