IN CRUISE FLIGHT NR 1 ENGINE OIL PRESSURE INDICATOR FLUXED FOLLOWED BY NR 1 ENGINE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. FOLLOWED CHECK LIST AND SHUT NR 1 ENGINE. REMOVED AND REPLACE GARLOCK SEAL I/A/W 72-20-00. FOUND TEMP BULB LOOSE. REMOVED TEMP BULB REPLACE O-RING REINSTALLED TEMP BULB. NO LEAK NOTED
ELECTRICAL BURNED ODOR IN FLIGHT, FOUND NR 2 TRANSPONDER DISPLAY SCREEN BLANK AND THE COMPONENT WAS HOT. PULLED ATC2 CIRCUIT BREAKER AND ODOR WENT AWAY AND COMPONENT COOLED DOWN.
NUMBER 2 ENGINE OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF ROLL. REMOVED AND REPLACED O-RING AT FUEL HEATER REDUCTION GEAR BOX OUT PRESS LINE. LEAK AND OPS GOOD.
IN FLIGHT THE NR 2 FUEL TANK TEMPERATURE WAS ABOVE RED LINE ON THE GAUGE. THE TEMPERATURE DROPPED WHEN PULLING POWER BACK OR SELECTING AUXILIARY PUMP. THERE WAS A REPORT OF SMELLING BURNT POPCORN IN THE CABIN AREA. WHEN 934HA WAS IN ROA THE FUEL/OIL WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED FIXING THE HIGH TEMPERATURE PROBLEM. ALSO THE RIGHT HAND BLEED PIPE ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED WITH NO FURTHER SMELLS OF BURNT POPCORN.
UPON GEAR RETRACTION NOSE GEAR DOOR AMBER LIGHT ILLUMINATED CYCLED GEAR PER EMERGENCY CHECKLIST AND RED UNSAFE LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH NO ALTERNATE INDICATION, PERFORMED ALTERNATE EXTENSION ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. INSPECTED AND FOUND DRAG STAY PROX SWITCH FOR NOSE LANDING GEAR ROUTED INCORRECTLY. RE-ROUTED SWITCH CABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH MAINTENANCE MANUAL CHAPTER 32-20-00.
UPON GEAR RETRACTION NOSE GEAR DOOR AMBER LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CYCLED GEAR PER EMERGENCY CHECKLIST AND RED UNSAFE LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH NO ALTERNATE INDICATION. PERFORMED ALTERNATE EXTENSION ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. FOUND PSEU TO HAVE NUMEROUS CODES TARGET 17, 14, 06, 10, 09, 14 SENSOR 14, 10, 09 AND CARD 40. REMOVED AND REPLACED PROXIMITY SYSTEM ELECTRONIC UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH MAINTENANCE MANUAL 32-61-50, OPS CHECK GOOD.
UPON INSPECTION AT SBY, IT WAS NOTICED THAT AN EMERGENCY LIGHT AT ROW 1 WAS INOPERATIONAL. REPLACED THE LIGHT BULB AND THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD.
PAX DOOR UNLATCHED ITSELF (HANDLE POPPED TO THE FIRST DETENT) FOLLOWED BY PAX DOOR WARNING LIGHT IN FLIGHT COMPARTMENT. F/A LATCHED DOOR AND DOOR REMAINED LATCHED FOR REMAINDER OF FLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED AIRSTAIR DOOR LIFT MECHANISM GAS SPRING AND ADJUSTED DOOR PRESSURE STOPS.
GEAR SELECTED DOWN, LEFT MAIN GEAR RED UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED, ALT GEAR IND HAD THREE GREEN. CREW VERIFIED GEAR WAS DOWN.
WHILE TAXING TO RUNWAY 36L, ANOTHER AIRCRAFT CREW SAID THE LEFT BREAKS WERE GLOWING RED. PULLED AIRCRAFT OFF TAXIWAY TO INSPECT. THE FIRST OFFICER NOTED SMOKE COMING FROM WHEEL ASSEMBLY, EVACUATED AIRCRAFT. REMOVED NR 1 AND NR 2 WHEEL AND BRAKE ASSEMBLIES. INSPECED SRUT AND AXLE, NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSTALLED NEW BRAKE, WHEEL ASSEMBLIES AND FLEXIBLE BRAKE LINES. LEAK AND OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS FORWARD MAIN LANDING GEAR DOOR SHAKING AND WHEN CLOSED DOOR IS GAPPED. FLIGHT RETURNED TO FIELD, NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED BUT RESCUE VEHICLES WERE DISPATCHED TO ESCORT AIRCRAFT TO GATE. ADJUSTED LEFT HAND FORWARD GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR ATTACH ROD.
NR 2 FUEL FILTER BYPASS CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKEOFF. INSPECTED WIRE HARNESS NO DEFECT NOTED. INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE HP FUEL FILTER. INSPECTED AND CLEANED THE L/P FUEL FILTER. RAN AIRCRAFT AT POWER SETTINGS, NO DEFECT NOTED.

NOSE GEAR LIGHT WILL NOT EXTINGUISH AFTER TAKEOFF. CYCLED GEAR AND LIGHT REMAINED ON. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PSEU.
