DURING COLLECTOR TANK CHECK VALVE FUNCTIONAL TEST, THE RIGHT CHECK VALVE WAS FOUND TO BE LEAKING. DURING INVESTIGATION, THE CHECK VALVE FITTING WAS FOUND TO HAVE A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, NOT ALLOWING THE CHECK VALVE TO SEAT PROPERLY. THE FITTINGS CHECK VALVE MATING SURFACE HAS A RISE, WITH A SMALL CRACK NEXT TO IT. THE CHECK VALVE FITTING WAS REPLACED.
PITCH TRIM AND NOSE DOWN MESSAGE, CO-PILOT HAD TO USE STRONG FORWARD PRESSURE TO KEEP AIRCRAFT FROM CLIMBING. REPLACED THE PITCH TRIM ACTUATOR.
LANDING GEAR WILL NOT EXTEND. REPLACED THE PSEU.
A WEAR PAD P/N 5010880-1 OF THE NUMBER ONE STATIONARY DISK SEPARATED FROM THE BRAKE. THE ANTI-ROTATION TAB OF THE PAD MAY HAVE FAILED. INSPECTION OF THE REST OF THE BRAKE FOUND NO OTHER DEFECTS. REMAINING PIECES OF THE WEAR PAD WERE SENT TO AIRCRAFT BRAKING SYSTEMS OF FURTHER EVALUATION.
