ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL IAW AMM, NO ODOR OF OZONE PRESENT. INSPECTED BEHIND CAPT & FOS INSTRUMENT PANEL TO INCLUDE MLG SELECTOR, NO ODORS OR DAMAGED WIRING NOTED. PERFORMED GVI OF AREAS: ALL C/BS & BEHIND ALL C/B PANELS IN FLT DECK, MAIN A/C BATTERY & CHARGER & ASSOCIATED WIRING, ALL PANELS IN E & E FOR OPEN BREAKERS & BEHIND PANELS FOR ANY PRESENCE OF OZONE OR DAMAGED WIRING. NO OPEN BREAKERS OR DAMAGED WIRING FOUND ON ACFT. NO ODOR OF OZONE PRESENT DURING INSPECTION PROCESS IAW CREW DEBRIEF THERE WERE NO ANOMALIES OF ANY SYS DURING EVENT. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.

CALCULATED NEW BALANCE MOMENT FOR L/H O/B AILERON TO BE -12.30 POUNDS-INCH. SEE JPF FOR WORK PERFORMED AND WEIGHT AND BALANCE CALCULATIONS.
WHILE CONFIGURING FOR LANDING, AS WE SELECTED FLAPS 25, WE RECEIVED A TE FLAPS DISAGREE ON EICAS. INDICATOR REMAINED AT FLAPS 20. COMPLIED WITH QRH. RETRACTED FLAPS USING ALTERNATE METHOD. UNEVENTFUL LANDING IN HNL. EMERGENCY DECLARED. RAN FLAPS THROUGH FULL TRAVEL NUMEROUS TIMES IAW AMM 27-51-00-2. NO SIGNS OF BINDING, ASSYM, TRIPPED INDICATORS, OR ANY OTHER ABNORMALITIES. DID NOT RECEIVE TE FLAP DISAGREE MESSAGE. BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT FLAP POS NEEDLES MOVE IN SYNC. UPON FURTHER T/S, WHEN FLAP HANDLE SET TO 25 AND FLAPS TRANSITIONING FROM 15 TO 20 DEGREES, FLAP ISLN VALVE STATUS MESSAGE APPEARED. TROUBLESHOT IAW FIM 27-51 FT 818. R & R FSEU 1 IAW AMM 27-51-01-2. PERFORMED PERFORMED TEST ON FSEU 1. TESTS GOOD WITH NO EXISTING FAULTS NOTED. RAN FLAPS THROUGH FULL TRAVEL SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO STATUS OR EICAS MESSAGES PRESENT. NO EXISITING FAULTS ON FSEU 1, 2, OR 3 AT THIS TIME. A/C OK FOR SERVICE.

UNEVENTFUL FLAPS 20 LANDING USING ALT FLAPS. EMERGENCY DECLARED. INTERROGATED FLAP/SLAT SYSTEM, FOUND #2 FLAP SLAT ELECTRONIC UNIT ASSEMBLY FAULTING DATA LINK INOP. SWAPPED ELECTRONIC UNIT TO #3 POSITION AND FAULT FOLLOWED. REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP SLAT ELECTRONIC UNIT PER M.M. 27-51-01-2, ALL CHECK NORMAL. DURING REFUELING FOUND RUNNING FUEL LEAKAGE FROM CENTER TANK (RIGHT WING TO AIR CONDITIONING FAIRING), IAW ENGINEERING (EMAIL) GVI DONE AROUND THE LEAK AREA, NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE FOUND. ALSO PERFORM CHECK TO FASTENERS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE CENTER TANK AROUND THE LEAK AREA, NO FINDING. THE MEASUREMENT OF THE DAMAGE SEALING . CM 5061388-EA F-2802-T0356130A PT3 WAS ACCOMPLISHED UNDER WRI 28-02/8225 FUEL LEAK ON RT MAIN TANK REPAIRED.
ON TAXI OUT WE RECEIVED MULTIPLE WARNING AND CAUTIONS TO INCLUDE: GEAR NOT DOWN, SPOILER, APU FIRE, FWD CARGO FIRE. MULTIPLE CAUTIONS WERE PRESENT. THEY LASTED APPROX 1 MIN, THEN STOPPED. APPROX 2 MINS LATER THEY CAME BACK AGAIN. AT THIS POINT WE DECIDED TO RETURN TO THE BLOCK. AFTER SHUTTING DOWN LEFT ENGINE ALL WARNINGS STOPPED APPROX 15 SECONDS AFTER SHUTDOWN RELEASED FOR SERVICE PER MEL : 31-41-01-02 "MEL 31-41-01-02: L EICAS COMPUTER - INOP." BITE TEST C/O OF PSEU IAW MM 32-09-04 NO FAULT APPARENT. DUE TO NUMEROUS EICAS FAULT PSEU REPLACED IAW MM 32-09-04-4.
