DOOR OPEN LIGHT ILLUMINATED UPON REACHING CRUISE FLIGHT. EMERGENCY PROCEDURE PERFORMED AND LIGHT EXTINGUISHED WHILE SLOWING AIRSPEED TO 80 KNOTS. VERIFIED THE DOOR WAS LATCHED CORRECTLY AND THE PINS WERE IN. AFTER SPEEDING BACK UP TO CRUISE SPEED THE LIGHT CAME BACK ON, THEN OFF MULTIPLE TIMES. DECIDED TO FOLLOW THE EP AND LAND AS SOON AS PRACTICAL.
INTERMITTENT FIRE LIGHT AND AURAL ON NR 1 ENGINE. TESTED THE NR 1 ENGINE FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM IAW S92A-AMM-000 TASK 26-11-00710-001 REV. 33. CHECKED GOOD. INSPECTED INBOARD AND OUTBOARD DETECTORS WIRING AND CONNECTORS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. FAULT COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. GROUND RAN AIRCRAFT SYSTEM. CHECKED GOOD. PERFORMED 30 MINUTE FLIGHT SYSTEM CHECKED GOOD.
EROSION STRIP DEPARTED AIRCRAFT. PN FOR ABRASION STRIP IS FOUND IN THE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS NN 92-097, PAGE 5. REPLACED MAIN ROTOR BLADE.
NR 2 HYD LEVEL LOW CAUTION LIGHT IN FLIGHT. FOUND LT MAIN SERVO LEAKING AT PISTON SEAL. REPLACED MAIN ROTOR SERVO.
PICKED UP TO HOVER, STARTED TAKEOFF. NR 2 ENGINE FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH AUDIO FIRE NR 2. REPLACED NR 2 AFT FLAME DETECTOR HARNESS ASSY.
NR 2 FIRE LIGHT INTERMITTENT IN FLIGHT. REPLACED DETECTOR AND HARNESS, CHECKED GOOD.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT NR 2 FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY. REPLACED THE AFT FLAME DETECTOR ON THE NR 2 ENG.
