SMOKE COMMING FROM RIGHT FRONT AIRCOND VENT.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKE OFF, THE RT FORWARD PASSENGER WINDOW DEPARTED THE ROTORCRAFT, THE PILOT INITIATED A RETURN TO DEPARTURE FOR INSPECTION AND WINDOW REPLACEMENT.
CLT-AHN - FLT 5067 - ON APPROACH TO AHN, THE CREW EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR AND DID NOT GET THREE GREEN LGIHT. RECYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES, STILL NO SAFE GEAR INDICATION. THE CREW MADE A FLYBY OF THE TOWER. DUE TO WEATHER, TOWER COULD NOT SEE IF THE GEAR WAS DOWN. THEY FINALLY GOT THREE LIGHTS. INFLIGHT EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND EMERGENCY PROCEDURES WERE USED. AIRCRAFT MADE A SAFE LANDING AT AHN. MAINTENANCE FROM CLT FOUND GEAR SELECTOR SWITCH. RETRACTION CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE (M)
CLT - FLT 5222 - ON FLIGHT FROM CLT TO LEX, AFTER DEPARTING CLT PRESSURIZATION BECAME INOP IN MANUAL AND AUTO MODE. CREW REPORTED, COULD NOT FLY TO LEX, WITH PRESENT FUEL, DUE TO FUEL CONSUMPTION AT LOWER ALTITUDE AND HAVE THE RESERVE FUEL REQUIRED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO CLT FOR REPAIR. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. AIRCRAFT LANDED BACK AT CLT WITH NO OTHER PROBLEMS. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE REFERENCE SCREEN. ON THE PRESSURIZATION SAFETY VALVE BLOCKED WITH DUST AND DIRTY. REFERENCE SCREEN WAS CLEANED. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUND RUN AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. TEST FLT WAS FLOWN AND INFLIGHT CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
BNA - FLT 4539 - PILOT REPORTS: ON TAKEOFF, THE LEFT ENGINE FIRE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY A LOUD NOISE FROM THE LEFT ENGINE. DISCHARGED ENGINE FIRE BOTTLES AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE. CREW ABORTED TAKEOFF. AS THEY WERE RETURNING TO THE GATE, THE CFR STOPPED THE A/C AND TOLD CREW THAT THERE WAS RESIDUAL FLAMES. PASSENGERS WERE DEPLANED ON THE RAMP WITH NO INJURIES. C/A - VERIFIED THERE WERE NO FLAMES IN THE ENGINE NACELLE, REPLACED ENGINE FIRE BOTTLES AND LEFT ENGINE.
