WHEN GEAR WAS SELECTED TO GEAR DOWN POSITION, GEAR DID NOT DEPLOY. PILOT HAD TO MANUALLY DEPLOY GEAR USING MANUAL EXTENSION. GEAR CAME DOWN AND LOCKED WITH ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. PILOT THEN MADE A NORMAL LANDING AFTER DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
