ENGINE SUPPORT BEAM UPPER PLATE AT RBL3 HAS A CRACK GOING FROM THE AFT EDGE INTO A RIVET HOLE.PERFORMED A TEMPORARY MAJOR REPAIR TO CENTER ENGINE SUPPORT BEAM I/A/W CRJ REO 601R-53-61-345 REV B.
EMERG LIGHTS ILLUMINATED WITH SWITCH IN AUTO POSITION.FOUND CANNON PLUG JB-6 DISCONNECTED. SECURED CONNECTOR AND SYSTEM TEST NORMAL.
FOUND 3 EACH VERTICAL TO HORIZONTAL PIVOT POINT BUSHINGS TO BE SCORED.REMOVED HORIZONTAL STAB ASSY. REMOVED THE DAMAGED BUSHINGS. INSTALLED 3 EACH NEW BUSHINGS AND FINAL REAMED. REINSTALLED SAME HORIZONTAL STAB ASSEMBLY. ALL WORK WAS PERFORMED I/A/W CRJ AMM AND WVAC E.O. #601R-55-2509A.

FS 280 FORWARD J ANGLE CORRODED BEYOND LIMITS. REMOVED AND INSTALLED NEW SERVICEABLE J ANGLE IAW WVAC EO 601R-53-1596.
RIGHT HAND ENGINE LOW OIL PRESSURE WARNING IFSD. REPLACED THE O-RING ON A SUMP LUB SCAVANGE PUMP.
THE FWD J-ANGLE AT FS 280 BETWEEN LBL 9.0 AND RBL 9.0 IS CORRODED. PERFORMED A MAJOR REPAIR BY REPLACING CORRODED FWD J-ANGLE AT FS 280 BETWEEN LBL 9.0 AND RBL 9.0 IAW WVAC EO 601R-53-1596.
TRANSVERSE BEAM AT FS 295 AT RBL 9 WAS GROUND INTO WHEN REMOVING FLOORBEAM RBL 9 DURING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF SB 601R-53-027. REPAIRED BEAM IAW WVAC EO 601R-53-1591.
THE FLOOR MEMBER (P/N 600-34017-17) AT FS 280.0 HAS A 2 INCH CRACK, APPROXIMATELY 1 - 2 INCHES TO THE RIGHT OF FLOOR SUPPORT AT RBL 9.0. PERFORMED A MAJOR REPAIR TO CRACKED FLOOR MEMBER (P/N 600-34017-17) AT FS 280.0 IAW WVAC EO 601R-53-1589.

ON CLIMBOUT, RIGHT ENGINE OIL PSI MESSAGE ON ED-1 SHUT DOWN NR 2 ENGINE. DROPPED TO 22 PSI. FOUND SKYDROL IN ACCESSORY GEARBOX. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE.
IDG NR 2 CAUTION MESSAGE, FOLLOWED BY GEN NR 2 CAUTION MESSAGE ON TAKEOFF. IDG NR 2 CAUTION MESSAGE WENT OUT DURING ABORT. NR 2 GEN WAS RESET. FOUND SKYDROL IN ACCESSORY GEARBOX OF RIGHT ENGINE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE.
