MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND IDENTIFIED THE RIGHT SIDE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER ATTACH BEARING (PN: 212-55-10-1006-000) AS WORN RESULTING IN EXCESS RADIAL PLAY AT THE ATTACH POINT CONSISTENT WITH OTHER ASSEMBLIES VISUALLY IDENTIFIED IN THE PAST. THIS ASSEMBLY ALONG WITH THE CORRESPONDING LEFT SIDE ATTACH BEARING WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED USING NEW PARTS.
PILOT REPORTED AILERON TRIM UNCOMMANDED MOVEMENT AND THE AILERON TRIM KNOB INOPERATIVE. THEY ADVISED THE AILERON TRIM ROLLED BACK & FORTH UNCOMMANDED WITH THE AUTOPILOT OFF DURING PREFLIGHT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND CHAFFED WIRES AT THE AILERON, REPAIRED WIRING WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.

AT 37,000 FEET THERE IS A 12 KNOT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PILOTS AND COPILOTS STALL WARNING SYSTEM. REPLACED THE STALL PROTECTION UNIT.
ACCESS PANEL ON LT SIDE OF CENTER INSTRUMENT PEDESTAL CAME LOOSE AND JAMMED RUDDER PEDALS. SECURED THE THREE FASTENERS ON ACCESS PANEL AND ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING FLIGHT, RT SIDE WINDSHIELD SHATTERED. REPLACED THE COPILOT'S SIDE WINDSHIELD ASSY.
