FA STATED IN THE CLIMB THAT THERE WERE CLICKING NOISES. CREW GOT AURAL WARNING FOR âFLAPSâ AND TRIM WHEN FLAPS POSITION WAS 0, AND ALSO TRIMS WERE IN THE GREEN BAND. AMBER CROSS HATCHED ON THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR PRESENT. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR ASSEMBLY. SEE WORK PLANNER (9JX-SP-172). SERVICED RH MAIN LANDING GEAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY. SEE SNAG (9JX-241124-627). PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF LANDING GEAR SYSTEM. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF FREE FALL SYSTEM. OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
DURING CLIMB TO FL 190 AND WHILE CLIMBING THRU 12,000FT EICAS CAB ALT (NON ANNUNCIATED) SHOWED 9,100 AND CLIMBING. STOPPED CLIMB AT 12,000 AND RAN QRH, WE WERE UNSUCCESSFUL WITH CONTROLLING THE CABIN WITH QRH GUIDANCE. WE THEN DESCENDED TO 10,000FT CABIN STABILIZED AT 8,000FT. CABIN EVENTUALLY DESCENDED TO 4,000 WHILE WE WERE AT 5,000 MSL. WE RETURNED TO LAS. MX PERFORMED PRESSURIZATION CONTROL SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL TEST IN BOTH MANUAL AND AUTO MODES. SYSTEM FUNCTION TEST PASSED IN BOTH MODES, ALL VALUES WERE WITHIN BOOK VALUES. PER FIM, DETERMINED TO BE TRANSITORY CONDITION OF THE CABIN PRESSURIZATION CONTROL SYSTEM.
CREW REPORTED-CRUISING AT FL360 WE FELT OUR EARS POP DUE TO A CABIN PRESSURIZATION ISSUE FOLLOWED BY A MASTER CAUTION AND OBSERVED THE CAB ALT IN RED SHOWING 13500. IMMEDIATELY DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND BEGAN A RAPID DESCENT TO 14000 WHILE TAKING MANUAL CONTROL OF THE CABIN PRESSURIZATION. THE BEST RATE WE COULD OBTAIN WAS -450 FPM UNTIL IT STABILIZED AT 6500 CABIN ALTITUDE. NO OTHER ISSUES DURING DESCENT TO LANDING AT SDL. CORR ACTION- MX TROUBLESHOT TO BAD OUTFLOW VALVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC OUTFLOW VALVE OPS CHECK GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
CREW REPORTED- AT FL360 WITH NO EICAS MSG OR ABNORMAL SOUND, THE CABIN STARTED CLIMBING AT 3000 FPM, WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND PERFORMED AN EMERGENCY DESCENT TO 11000 FEET. THE CABIN GOT TO A HIGHEST ALTITUDE OF 12500 ROUGHLY, AND STABILIZED AT 10000-8000 AT 11000 MSL, AND THEN GRADUALLY WENT DOWN TO 1600 FEET OVER THE COURSE OF ROUGHLY 10 MIN, WE DIVERTED TO PHX, MECHANIC SUSPECTS AUTO PRESSURIZATION FAILURE. MX- DEFERRED PRESSURIZATION INITIALLY TO MOVE THE AIRCRAFT TO A JSX MX BASE ONCE THERE MX TROUBLESHOT TO A BAD DIGITAL CONTROLLER. R&R'D CONTROLLER AND PERFORMED A MANUAL AND AUTO PRESSURIZATION TEST. ALL TESTS CHECKED GOOD AIRCRAFT RTS'D.
CREW REPORTED FLAP FAIL AFTER TAKE OFF FLAP STAYED AT 9 DEGREES ON FLIGHT 287. RETURNED TO KHOU. CORR ACTION; MX TROUBLESHOT TO BAD FECU. R&R'D FECU ALL OPS TESTS GOOD.
CREW REPORTED PACK 2 CLOSED ON TAKEOFF FROM KEDC RAN QRH AND COULD NOT REMOVE THE MESSAGE. DIVERTED TO KDAL. MX CORRECTIVE ACTION R&R'D PACK 2 DUCT PN 815113-8 ALL LEAK AND OPS CHECK GOOD.

DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE INDICATION RETURNED TO NORMAL. PERFORMED PRESSURIZATION TEST WITH APU. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO INDICATION ISSUES FOUND.
ISSUE; CREW REPORTED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF GOT IECAS MESSAGE BAGGAGE DOOR OPEN, WE ALSO WENT MFD PAGE T/O IT SHOWS BAGGAGE DOOR OPEN, ASK THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT TO LOOK BACK AND VERIFY IF THEREâS ANY LIGHT COMING THROUGH SHE VERIFIED IT WAS SUNLIGHT COMING THROUGH THE DOOR. DECIDED TO RETURN DAL. CORR ACTION MX ADJUSTED BAGGAGE DOOR MICROSWITCH OPS TEST GOOD.
