WEATHER RADAR SYSTEM FAILED WHILE IN FLT. BOTH NR 1 AND 2 SYSTEMS INOPERATIVE. DIVERTED DUE TO WEATHER. MX REPLACED WEATHER RADAR ANTENNA IAW 34-41-00 AND 34-41-04 STEP 3. OPS CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AFTER T/O DURING FLAP/SLAT RETRACTION, LEVEL 2 ALERT "AILERON DEFLECTED DISAGREE" ILLUMINATED. CREW FOLLOWED PROCEDURES IN VOL 1 QRH. RETURNED TO FIELD. LANDING NORMAL. MX CHECKED DEFLECTED AILERONS, ASSIGNED MEL 27-13-2 CAT "C". AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAP HANDLE POSITION TRANSMITTER, OP'S CHECKED GOOD IAW 27-54-03, 27-50-00, 27-54-00 MEL CLEARED.
AFTER TAKEOFF DURING CLIMB, FLAP/SLAT RETRACTION LEVEL 2 ALERT "AIL DEFLECT DISAG" CODE ON. FOLLOWED PROCEDURES, DUMPED FUEL TO GET TO APPROVED LANDING WT. RETURNED TO AIRFIELD, LANDING NORMAL. DEFLECTED AILERONS MEL'D IAW 27-13-2, ASSIGNED DMI 6872. A/C RELEASED TO SERVICE.
