THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED AN AMBER CABIN ALTITUDE EICAS ALERTED AT FL370 DURING DESCENT FROM FL410. THE CREW FOLLOWED THE QRH AND CONTINUED DESCENT. THE ALERT DID NOT EXTINGUISH UNTIL FL260. THE FLIGHT CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT AND LAND FOR REPAIRS. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND NC007 PCB CARD FAILED. THE FAULTY PCB CARD WAS REMOVED AND WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW CARD. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT A PITCH FEEL FAIL AMBER CAS MESSAGE WAS DISPLAYED DURING FLIGHT. THEY REPORTED THAT THE MESSAGE WAS ILLUMINATED THROUGH AIRCRAFT SHUTDOWN. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE LEFT PITCH FEEL ACTUATOR WAS DEFECTIVE. THE DEFECTIVE ACTUATOR WAS REMOVED AND A OVERHAULED UNIT WAS INSTALLED. FUNCTIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.

WHILE EN-ROUTE AT FL430 THE CREW RECEIVED A BAGGAGE DOOR OPEN INDICATION FOLLOWED BY A BAGGAGE DOOR SEAL AMBER CAS MESSAGE. SHORTLY THEREAFTER THE CABIN BEGAN TO DEPRESSURIZE RAPIDLY. THE CABIN OXYGEN MASKED DEPLOYED. THE CREW RAN THROUGH THEIR EMERGENCY CHECKLISTS, COMMUNICATED WITH ATC AND BEGAN AN EMERGENCY DESCENT. THE CREW INDICATED THAT THEY DIVERTED THE FLIGHT AND LANDED WITH OUT ISSUE. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND BOTH BAGGAGE DOOR SWITCHES DEFECTIVE AND THE DOOR SEAL VALVE HAD MOISTURE WITHIN IT AND DEFECTIVE. THE MOISTURE WAS REMOVED THE SYSTEM AND NEW PARTS INSTALLED.
