PILOT REPORTED LT ALTERNATOR INTERMITTENT. MX FOUND THE B+ POWER WIRE CHAFED AT THE ENGINE INTAKE MANIFOLD, APPROX 6" BELOW ALTERNATOR. FOUND A SMALL HOLE ARCED THROUGH THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. WIRING WAS NOT SECURED PROPERLY IN THIS AREA. ENGINE TSO 438.4
DURING INSPECTION, DISCOVERED TAIL CONE STROBE WIRING HARNESS ASSY SHORTING INSIDE CONNECTOR PLUG CAUSING ALL STROBES TO BE INOPERATIVE. DEACTIVATED TAIL CONE STROBE LIGHT ASSY AND ORDERED REPLACEMENT LIGHT ASSY AND DEFERRED IAW MEL.
LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND DUE TO INTERNAL FAILURE OF ELECTRIC GEAR MOTOR. REPLACED MOTOR AND SYSTEM OPS CHECKS GOOD. ALTERNATOR OUT LIGHT PROVED TO BE BROKEN WIRE ON IN-LINE FUSE FOR INDICATOR. REPAIRED WIRE AND OPS CHECKS OK. ALSO REPLACED ONE ACFT BATTERY WITH NEW. RUN-UP FOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OPS CHECKS GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PILOT WAS IN CRUISE FLIGHT. HEARD POP AND NOTICED RT ENGINE WAS WINDMILLING. FEATHERED PROPELLER. ATTEMPTED RESTART BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. LANDED AT ALTERNATE FIELD. ON GROUND, DISCOVERED RT ENGINE PROPELLER WOULD NOT TURN - SEIZED.

DURING GROUND RUN, DISCOVERED RIGHT ENGINE OIL TEMP WOULD NOT REACH GREEN RANGE. REPLACED OIL TEMP SENDER AND SYSTEM OPS CK OK. OIL TEMP SENDER BULB ALLOWED OIL TO LEAK INTO ELECTRICAL CONNECTION CAVITY, THUS SHORTING THE CONNECTION.
IN FLIGHT, NOTICED RIGHT PNEUMATIC PRESSURE PUMP INOP FLAGGED. CONTINUED FLIGHT ON LEFT PUMP SYSTEM. SENT ACFT TO MAINTENANCE. REPLACED PUMP WITH OVERHAULED PART. REPLACED RIGHT INSTRUMENT FILTER. OPS CK OK.

FOUND LEFT FUEL SELECTOR CABLE FROZEN. REPLACED WITH NEW HOUSING AND CABLE CORE. OPS CK OK.
CABIN HEATER BECAME INOPERATIVE. FOUND BAD IRIS CONTROL CABLE SWITCH INOP. REPLACED AND OPS CK OK.

DURING ANNUAL 100 HOUR INSPECTION, FOUND LEFT ENGINE CRANKSHAFT SEAL LEAKING. REPLACED WITH NEW PN 641250. LEAK CHECK, OK. SUSPECT LEAK CAUSED BY WEAK SEALANT AND TSMOH.
DURING ANNUAL 100 HOUR INSPECTION, FOUND RIGHT ENGINE CRANKSHAFT SEAL LEAKING. REPLACED WITH NEW PN 641250. LEAK CHECK, OK. SUSPECT LEAK CAUSED BY WEAK SEALANT AND TSMOH.
DURING 100 HOUR INSPECTION, FOUND RT ENGINE PNEUMATIC PUMP COUPLING OILY. FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED DRIVE SHAFT ADAPTER SEAL LEAKING OIL INTO PUMP COUPLING AND INTO PUMP. REPLACED SEAL (PN 25102) AND PRESSURE PUMP (442CW-12). SYSTEM OPS CHECK OK. RECOMMEND INSPECTING THIS AREA ANYTIME ACCESS IS AVAILABLE.
