WE RAN THE LOSS OF SYSTEM A QRH PROCEDURE AND NOSE WHEEL STEERING WAS MOMENTARILY REGAINED UNTIL THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM B FLUID BEGAN TO DRAIN OUT. AIRCRAFT WAS STOPPED AND TOWED INTO THE GATE. SYS A INDICATES 0 RF QUANTITY, SYS B INDICATES 16 RF. MAINTENANCE FOUND RIGHT GEAR ACTUATOR HOSE BLOWN. REPLACED HOSE IAW AMM 32-32-11.
