ACRFT DEPARTED KVNY HEADING TO KDAL. APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR INTO THE FLIGHT THE AUTOPILOT DISENGAGED AND WOULD NOT RE ENGAGE. THE CAPTAIN DECIDED TO DIVERT INTO KELP, HOME BASE MAINTENANCE FACILITY. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY IN ELP. ATI MAINTENANCE WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE ISSUE ON THE GROUND. THE AUTOPILOT WAS MELED TO CONTINUE THE FLIGHT. THE TRIP WAS COMPLETED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO ELP. IT WAS DETERMINED ONE FLIGHT CONTROL COMPUTER HAD FAILED. A REPLACEMENT FCC CARD WAS INSTALLED AND THE AUTOPILOT ENGAGED AND FUNCTIONALLY CHECKED GOOD. A TEST FLIGHT WAS COMPLETED WITH NO AUTOPILOT ISSUES, THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE AND THE MEL WAS CLEARED.
ON 4/10/26, N975LV CYO975 WAS EXPERIENCING RNAV ISSUES. THE MAINTENANCE FACILITY IN KFXE REPORTED THE FLIGHT CONTROL COMPUTERS WERE CAUSING THE RNAV ISSUES. BOTH FCCS WERE REPLACED AND AN AUTO PILOT FUNCTIONAL CHECK WAS COMPLETED WITH NO ISSUES REPORTED - ALL FUNCTIONS WERE NORMAL. THE AIRCRAFT MADE TWO TRIPS WITH NO ISSUES. ON 4/12/26, THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED KBOS HEADING TO KMDT WHEN THE AUTO PILOT DISENGAGED AND WOULD NOT RESET. THE CAPTAIN ELECTED TOO DIVERT INTO KTEB. LOCAL MAINTENANCE WAS CALLED AND AUTO PILOT FUNCTIONAL CHECKS AND RINGING WIRING OF THE ENGAGE CIRCUITS PERFORMED. NO DISCREPANCIES COULD BE DUPLICATED. ALL AUTO PILOT SYSTEM CHECKS WERE FOUND TO BE NORMAL. THE AIRCRAFT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE WAITING FOR CREW AVAILABILITY TO COMPLETE A TEST FLIGHT.
DEPARTED KIAD HEADING TO KJAX, IN FLIGHT, TRIMMING THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER, BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY TRIM WERE INTERMITTENT, EVENTUALLY BECAME INOPERATIVE. THE CREW DIVERTED AND LANDED SAFELY INTO KVQQ MAINTENANCE WAS CALLED TO INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE. NO CAUSE TO THE STAB TRIM FAILURE HAS BEEN DETERMINED. OPEN
