THE HANDLE ON THE MAIN DOOR SEEMS TO BE BINDING UP WHEN OPENING. IT IS A LITTLE STIFF. C/W MED PIN LUBRICATION IAW CE-680A AMM 12-20-40. C/W MAIN CABIN DOOR HEALTH CHECK IAW CE-680 AMM 52-10-04. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
INSIDE MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE REQUIRES EXCESSIVE FORCE TO OPEN AND CLOSE. CYCLED THE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES AFTER THE FLIGHT WITH MIXED RESULTS. THE HANDLE INCONSISTENTLY APPEARS TO HANG UP DURING LATCHING OR UNLATCHING. GAINED ACCESS TO MED MECHANISM AND VISUALLY INSPECTED. NO DEFECTS NOTED. VACUUMED DEBRIS OUT FROM DOOR AND REASSEMBLED. OPS TEST GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED. IAW CE-680A AMM 52-10-50 AND 52-10-14.
AFTER TAKEOFF, BROUGHT GEAR & FLAPS UP. AT ABOUT 230KTS, A LOUD NOISE SOUNDING LIKE GRINDING, OR DRAGGING FROM FRONT OF ACFT. SOUND INTERMITTENT. CHECKED ALL SYSTEMS ON EICAS PAGE & ALL NORMAL. FLT CONTROLS NORMAL. RETURNED TO AIRPORT. AFTER ACFT CONFIGURED FOR LANDING, DID NOT HEAR NOISE AGAIN. POST FLIGHT NORMAL. ALL ACCESS PANELS WERE CLOSED. NOTHING UNUSAL IN WHEEL WELL, NOSE WW, HELLHOLE. WHILE ON GROUND WITH ONLY APU ON, DID NOT HEAR NOISE. DURING GEAR SWINGS, NOTICED NLG SPADE DOOR CONTACTING ACCESS PANEL. ADJUSTED NLG SPADE DOOR IAW MM 52-80-20. OPS CHECKED GOOD. FOUND NLG STRUT WET WITH FLUID & LOW. REPACKED NLG STRUT IAW MM 32-20-02. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS AND TAXI CHECKS. CHECKED GOOD.
B-HYDRAULIC SYSTEM LOST FLUID EN ROUTE TO DESTINATION. EMERGENCY DECLARED. QUANTITY STABILIZED AT 12 PERCENT. UPON POST FLIGHT, DISCOVERED HYDR FLUID LEAKING FROM DOWN MAST ON BOTTOM OF RT ENGINE COWLING. REMOVED AND REPLACED B SYS HYD PUMP IAW MM 29-10-02. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
AFTER TAKEOFF GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT, GEAR HANDLE STUCK IN DOWN POSITION. SERVICED NLG STRUT IAW MM 12-10-35. PERFORMED SEVERAL LANDING GEAR EXTENSIONS AND RETRACTIONS LANDING GEAR OPERATED NORMAL. GOOD INDICATIONS. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ALL GEAR SWINGS DONE IAW MM 32-20-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF AIRCRAFT YAWED AND CREW HAD TO INPUT RIGHT RUDDER. IN CRUISE, RUDDER TRIM INDICATOR WAS JUST UNDER HALF-WAY TO THE RIGHT TO KEEP A/C IN TRIM. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 LINEAR ACUTATOR PER 750 M/M 27-24-00. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
APPROX 10 MIN AFTER POWER UP AND STARTING THE APU A VERY DETECTABLE AMOUNT OF SMOKE WAS FILLING THE CABIN. IMMEDIATELY SHUT A/C DOWN, NO OTHER NOTABLE PROBLEMS. ENVIRONMENTAL NOT ELECTRICAL SMOKE. COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. HOWEVER WHEN MAX COOL SELECTED SMOKE WOULD APPEAR IN CABIN. THIS WAS DUE TO CABIN ACM SEIZED. COCKPIT AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM OPERATIONALLY CHECK'S GOOD IAW: CE750 M/M 21-11-00. REMOVED & REPLACED CABIN ACM (FWD) CABIN AIR CONDITIONING OPERATIONALLY & LEAK CHECK'S GOOD IAW: CE750 M/M 21-51-00.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL , THE NR 1 DU BECAME DISTORTED AND THEN BLANKED OUT AND THEN CAME ON. TAKEOFF DISCONTINUED < 80 KTS. DEFERRED IAW NJA CE-750 MEL , C/W APPENDIX A 34-12 CAT C DUE 04-18-06. REMOVED NR 1 PFD DISPLAY UNIT DUE TO INTERNAL FAILURE INSTALLED SERVICEABLE DISPLAY UNIT FROM NR 3 POSITION IN NR 1 POSITION IAW CE 750 MM CH 34-25-01, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
CO-PILOT'S WINDSHIELD CRACKED IN FLIGHT, DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED SAFELY. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
LANDING GEAR BUMP OCCURS REPEATEDLY DURING CLIMB. PERFORMED GEAR BUMP TROUBLESHOOTING CHECKLIST IAW 750 MM 32-30-00. ALL CHECKS GOOD. PERFORMED NUMEROUS GEAR SWINGS, FAST AND SLOW. COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. NO PREVIOUS HISTORY OF SQUAWK. OPS CHECK GOOD.
CABIN FILLED WITH OILY SMELLING SMOKE AFTER APU STARTED ON GROUND. SIGNIFICANT DROP NOTED ON APU OIL LEVEL. CHECKED APU OIL LEVEL FOUND TO BE JUST BELOW THE ADD OIL LINE, STARTED APU AND RAN OIL AIRCONDITIONING AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURE SETTINGS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE OIL SMELLING SMOKE IN THE CABIN. REMOVED COALESSER CLOTHS AND CLEANING THOROUGHLY REINSTALLED COALESSER CLOTHS AND REINSTALLED. OPERATED THE APU AND RAN AIR CONDITIONING PACKS. NO SMOKE OR SMELL NOTED. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK, NO LEAKS NOTED. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW CE750 MM 12-10-01.
DURING VECTORS TO FINAL, DU NR 1 FLASHED SEVERAL TIMES BETWEEN A BLANK SCREEN AND A RED X FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS. CHECK DU NR 1 EICAS MESSAGE, FLASHED ONCE DURING THIS TIME. ACRID SMELL WAS PRESENT BUT SMOKE VISIBLE, DISPLAY RETURNED TO NORMAL. FOUND DUI UNIT SMOKED, REMOVED & REPLACED NR 1 DUI OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY. ALL WORK DONE IAW CESSNA 750 MM CHAPTER 34-25-01.
