CHO/PIT - FLT 3014 - DURING PREFLIGHT WALKAROUND, DISCOVERED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAINED DIM ON ARM POSITION AND WILL NOT SHUT OFF. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CONTROL BOX FOR THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS. (X)
