SUBSURFACE DISCONTINUITY WAS REVEALED BY THE INSPECTION. PART IS SCRAP. SERVICE LIFE OF THIS PART IS 10,000 CYCLES. AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION, 3,133 CYCLES HAD ACCRUED. RE: WO NR GR2327.
