TWO AN5-40A BOLTS SHEARED UPON LANDING. TORQUES WASH VERIFIED TO BE CORRECT AND WHEN WHEEL WAS BUILT UP TORQUE SEAL WAS USED. THREADED PORTION OF THE BOLT SHEARED CLEAN THIS IS THE SECOND AIRCRAFT IN THE FLEET TO HAVE THIS ISSUE. WHEEL WAS REMOVED AND A NEW WHEEL INSTALLED. WE LOCATED THE BAG FROM WHICH THE BOLTS APPEARED TO COME FROM IN THE PARTS ROOM AND REMOVED ALL BOLTS WITHIN THIS LOT NUMBER. ALL MECHANICS AND PILOTS ARE INSPECTING THE WHEEL BOLTS UPON EACH LANDING. LOT NUMBER 84295/3214
SMOKE COMING FROM TOP OF PANEL IMMEDIATELY BELOW GLARE SHIELD.
DURING CRUISE FROM DLG TO TOG, STANDBY ALTERNATOR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. PILOT RETURNED TO DLG WHERE MAINTENANCE REPLACED STANDBY ALTERNATOR AND RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
ON LANDING AT KCQ RIGHT BRAKE FAILED. MX FOUND TOP ANCHOR PIN OF RT BRAKE CALIBER SHEARED. BRAKE CAUSED DAMAGE TO WHEEL ASSY AND BRAKE TORQUE PLATE. REPLACED BRAKE TORQUE PLATE, ANCHOR PINS, WHEEL ASSY AND BRAKE PADS. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
SLUGGISH RESPONSE TO TAKEOFF POWER AND RPM/TORQUE DROPPED OFF AT FLIGHT IDLE POWER SETTINGS. AIRCRAFT MADE NORMAL LANDING WITH POWER LEVER FURTHER FORWARD THAN NORMAL. MAINTENANCE FOUND PROPELLER BLADE ANGLE IN HUB 2 DEGREES OFF AND BETA RING BENT. AT TEARDOWN BLADE HUB BOLTS WERE FOUND TO BE TIGHT AND BETA RING WAS REPLACED.
WHILE ON A DATA GATHERING NIGHT FLIGHT. THE EQUIPMENT POWERED BY THE INVERTER LOST POWER. WHILE REACHING FOR THE POWER DISCONNECT SWITCH, A FLASH WAS NOTICED IN THE AREA IN WHICH THE INVERTER WAS INSTALLED. POWER TO THE INVERTER WAS CUT OFF AND THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. (X)
