ALTERNATOR INOPERATIVE.
VERY LOW RIPPLE VOLTAGE PRODUCED BY UNIT, DROPS OFFLINE UNDER LOAD.
PILOT REPORTED LOSS OF POWER AND VIBRATION ON LANDING. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED THE NR 3 CYLINDER HEAD CRACKED.
PILOT REPORTED POWER LOSS AND VIBRATION - RE-ROUTED AND MADE A SAFE LANDING. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED THE NR 2 CYLINDER HAD 100 PERCENT HEAD SEPARATION AT THE HEAD TO BARREL INTERFACE IN LINE WITH THE TOP OF THE STEEL BARREL.
FOLLOWING REPAIR FROM LANDING ACCIDENT, ON FIRST FLIGHT AFTER REPAIRS, PILOT REPORTED AIRSPEED APPEARED TO INDICATE 30 KNOTS LOW. POST FLIGHT MAINTENANCE REVELED A CHAFE HOLE IN PITOT LINE IN LEFT WING AT A NOSE RIB.
