ON APPROACH TO LAND IN FNL, PUT GEAR HANDLE IN DOWN POSITION. HEARD AND FELT THE GEAR MOVE. INDICATOR LIGHTS SHOWED NOSE AND LT MAIN GEAR DOWN, BUT NOT RT MAIN. BROKE OFF APPROACH AND RECEIVED VECTORS AND A SAFE ALTITUDE FROM ATC. FOLLOWED LANDING GEAR MANUAL EXTENSION CHECKLIST. AFTER 120 PUMPS OF GEAR HANDLE, RECEIVED A GREEN LIGHT FOR THE RT MAIN. CONTINUED TO APA & LANDED WITH NO OTHER ISSUES.
DURING OUR TRAINING FLIGHT WE NOTICED THE R OIL PRESSURE ANNUNCIATOR FLICKERING. THE RIGHT OIL PRESSURE GAUGE CONFIRMED LOW OIL PRESSURE WITH A READING HOVERING AROUND 40 PSI. EVERY OTHER ENGINE INSTRUMENT WERE IN NORMAL PARAMETERS. PER THE CHECKLIST, WE PERFORMED A PRECAUTIONARY ENGINE SHUTDOWN. RIGHT ENGINE FEATHERED NORMALLY. WE PROCEEDED TO DIVERT TO KGYI AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY WHERE A NONEVENTFUL LANDING WAS PERFORMED. SHUTDOWN RIGHT HAND ENGINE. AIRCRAFT STILL DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE

WE PROCEEDED TO DIVERT TO KGYI AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY WHERE A NONEVENTFUL LANDING WAS PERFORMED. UPON INITIAL INSPECTION WE FOUND A LOOSE OIL LINE ON THE RGB THAT WE TIGHTENED. REQUIRED TO REPLACE THE PRIMARY GOVERNOR DUE TO A DROP IN OIL PRESSURE BECAUSE OF A OIL LEAK. COMPLIED WITH INSPECTION PROCEDURE IN MM 72.00.00 PARA R1. ALL WORK DONE IAW BCKA AND MM 79.20.02, 79.30.05, 72.00.00, 61.20.00 AND 20.06.00. NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES AT THIS TIME.
DUAL EFIS FAILURE IN-FLIGHT. BOTH DISPLAYS WENT DARK AND FLASHED DPU FAIL. REMOVED DPU-84 P/N 622-9682-004 S/N D3CP, INSTALLED SERVICEABLE DPU-84 P/N 622-9682-004 S/N 4SUW AND REPLACED DPU-84 CONNECTOR P2 PIN 159 CONTACT P/N 372-2514-180 IN ACCORDANCE WITH ROCKWELL COLLINS EFIS-84 INSTALLATION MANUAL 523-0775965. GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECK SATISFACTORY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ROCKWELL COLLINS EFIS-84 INSTALLATION MANUAL 523-0775965.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, PILOT NOTED ELECTRICAL SMOKE ODOR AND THE NR 1 COMM QUIT WORKING. HE RETURNED TO AIRPORT WITHOUT INCIDENT. LOCAL MAINTENANCE ISOLATED CONCERN TO DEFECTIVE CONTROL HEAD. WILL UPDATE AFTER TEARDOWN RECEIVED FROM VENDOR.
THE PILOT REPORTS WHILE RELOCATING THE AIRCRAFT FROM KLND TO KOGD. DURING CRUISE PORTION OF FLIGHT, NOTED HEATER BLOWER MOTOR STOPPED WORKING, AND SHORTLY THEREAFTER OBSERVED LIGHT SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT, AND AN ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL. DIVERTED TO KEVW AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER ISSUES. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE BLOWER MOTOR 90-384031-1 AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
