DURING THE APPROACH APPROXIMATELY TWO MILES FROM THE RUNWAY THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO ROLL BACK AND FORTH. WITH THE AIRCRAFT IN A RIGHT ROLL, THE PIC APPLIED A FULL LEFT CONTROL INPUT TO COUNTERACT THE RIGHT ROLL; HOWEVER, THE AIRCRAFT WAS SLOW TO RESPOND. THE FLIGHT CREW WAS ABLE TO STABILIZE THE AIRCRAFT AND MAINTAIN CONTROLLABILITY THROUGH THE APPROACH AND LANDING.
FLAPS FAILED. FLAPS WERE SELECTED AS USUAL. SLATS EXTENDED. FLAPS DID NOT. RAN CHECKLIST, BUT FLAPS REMAINED FAILED. TROUBLESHOOTING LED TO FAULTY FLAP DRIVE MOTOR.
FIFTEEN MINUTES INTO FLIGHT, THE CREW FELT ONE OR MORE GEAR UNLOCK AND RECEIVED A RED GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT INDICATION. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. LANDING GEAR CONTROL MANIFOLD WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A MODIFIED UNIT.
CLIMBING THROUGH 13000 FT, THE LT WINDSHIELD HEAT INOPERATIVE CASS LIGHT ILLUMINATED. FIRST OFFICER CYCLED THE SWITCH OFF AND THEN ON. THE CASS LIGHT WENT OUT. A FEW SECONDS LATER THE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AGAIN. RAN THE CHECKLIST AND BEGAN TO GET A STRONG ODOR OF BURNED WIRING. THE SWITCH WAS TURNED OFF. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED TO MAKE AN IMMEDIATE RETURN TO THE AIRPORT. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. STRONG ODOR AND SMOKE HAD DISSIPATED. TROUBLESHOOTING LED TO FAULTY TEMP CONTROLLER. COMPONENT WAS CHANGED.
AT 43,000 FT WE RECEIVED A MASTER CAUTION LIGHT SHOWING A "CABIN SEAL" LIGHT. WE REFERRED TO THE QUICK REFERENCE MANUAL, WHICH SUGGESTED A MAX OPERATING ALTITUDE OF 41,000 FT. WE TRIED TO DESCEND, BUT DUE TO TRAFFIC, WE WERE UNABLE TO DESCEND IMMEDIATELY. WE THEN HEARD A VERY AUDIBLE SQUEAL COMING FROM THE CABIN DOOR. WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND BEGAN AN IMMEDIATE DESCENT. WE WERE CLEARED TO 10,000 FT, AND DECIDED OUR TRAJECTORY BEST ALIGNED WITH LANDING AT KMEM. THE SQUEAL STOPPED AROUND 10,000 FT, AND WE LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING IN PROGRESS TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE.
SMELLED VERY MILD FUMES FOLLOWED BY A NR 1 PAC TEMP RISING UNCONTROLLABLY. SHUT OFF PAC PER CHECKLIST. FOUND ACM SEIZED.
PASSING THROUGH 3000 FT AFTER TAKEOFF, HEARD POP AND GOT "NOSE DOOR OPEN R" CAS MESSAGE.
RUDDER LIMIT FAIL B AMBER CAS MESSAGE.
ON TAXI OUT, BOTH TILLER AND RUDDER PEDALS OPS CHECK GOOD. UPON REACHING RUNWAY, STEERING INOP, UNABLE TO TURN RIGHT. TOWED BACK TO FBO. RUDDER PEDALS INOP LEFT AND RIGHT. TILLER INOP TO THE RIGHT, LIMITED MOVEMENT TO THE LEFT.
AFTER SELECTING FLAPS 5, GOT A FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE. UNABLE TO RESET PER CHECKLIST. SLATS DEPLOYED, FLAPS STAYED AT ZERO.

DURING PREP FOR TAKEOFF, ICAS MESSAGE (CYAN: YD FAIL UPPER B), NO TAKEOFF INITIATED, RETURNED TO RAMP.
RT ROLL SPOILER - INOP WITH FULL CONTROL DEFLECTION, RT - OTBD ROLL SPOILER PARTIAL DEFLECTION, INBD NO DEFLECTION, SYNOPTIC INDICATES ROLL SPOILERS WORKING CORRECTLY. R & R RT SPOILER INTERCONNECT BUNGEES. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM CHAPTERS 27-12-05, 27-10-00.
WHILE DESCENDING, PASSING THROUGH APPROX 14000 FT, THE LT FRONT WINDSHIELD OUTER LAYER SHATTERED. WINDSHIELD HEAT WAS SHUTOFF AND THE PILOTS FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST. NOTE: NO INTRUSION INTO THE ACFT, NO LOSS OF PRESSURIZATION, EMERGENCY NOT DECLARED, UNEVENTFUL LANDING. UPON LANDING, ACFT WRITTEN UP, MX AND FLIGHT CONTROL NOTIFIED FOR WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT.
WHEN RETRACTING THE LANDING GEAR ALL THREE GREEN LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED, BUT THE RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 MINUTES DURING WHICH THE LANDING GEAR REPEATEDLY MADE A BANGING NOISE AS IF IT IS MOMENTARILY EXTENDING AND RETRACTING. DURING RUNNING THE ABNORMAL CHECKLIST THE NOISE STOPPED AND THE RED LIGHT FINALLY EXTINGUISHED ALTHOUGH SOME WIND NOISE REMAINED FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 SECONDS. THE CHECKLIST REQUIRED PILOTS TO SELECT GEAR DOWN, GET THREE GREEN LIGHTS AND LAND AS SOON AS PRACTICAL. LANDING AT TPA WAS COORDINATED BETWEEN FLIGHT CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE CONTROL. AIRCRAFT WAS TAKEN TO ORLANDO CITATION SERVICE CENTER WHERE NOSE GEAR STRUT WAS REPACKED AND ORIFICE BEARING WAS REPLACED.
LANDING GEAR LEVER WOULD NOT SELECT IN THE UP POSITION AFTER TAKEOFF. GEAR DID NOT GO UP, 3 GREENS REMAINED ON. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM, REPLACED LANDING GEAR CONTROL HANDLE IAW CESSNA 750 MM 32-30-01. OPS CK'D GOOD.
STEERING TILLER DOES NOT STEER NOSE WHEEL.
