GEAR IN TRANSIT LIGHT WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH AFTER GEAR RETRACTION.
DURING TAKE OFF ROLL RT WING DIP DOWN. PILOT VERBALLY REPORTED LOUD THUMP/SUSPECTED TIRE FAILURE. INSPECTED RT LANDING GEAR STRUT, BRAKE AND MAIN WHEEL. FOUND NO DEFECTS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM DONE IAW AMM 32-00-00-201 & 12-00-00-201.
RIGHT MAIN GEAR INDICATOR LAMP OUT.
AFTER TAKEOFF, NOTICED SMOKE IN CABIN. FOUND AFT EVAPORATOR BLOWER RESISTOR BURNED.
PILOT STATED NOTICED CABIN AT 10,000 FT AND CLIMBING. DONNED MASKS AND STARTED AN EMERGENCY DESCENT. CABIN CONTINUED TO CLIMB AT ABOUT 2,200 FPM AND RECEIVED A CABIN ALTITUDE ANNUNCIATOR AND THEN THE PAX MASKS DROPPED AUTOMATICALLY AROUND 14,000 CABIN ALTITUDE. CABIN ULTIMATELY REACHED 15,000 FT AND HELD THERE.
PITCH TRIM FAILED ON TAKEOFF. REVERTED TO EMERGENCY TRIM THEN BACK TO NORMAL. AUTO PILOT PITCH TRIM OK. PERFORMED A FULL FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE PITCH TRIM SYSTEM IAW AMM 27-40-00-201. COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM.
UPON LANDING YOKE WOULD NOT TURN TO THE RIGHT. HAD NO CONTROL.
