AT FL 390 BEGAN TO EXPERIENCE DUTCH ROLLS WITH AUTO PILOT AND AUTO THROTTLES ENGAGED.DISCONNECTD AP BUT HAD TO HOLD THE YOKE TO THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN CONTROL. DELCARED EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO ST. LOUIS. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REPLACED RIGHT CSEU POWER SUPPLY.
DURING CRUSIE RECEIVED FWD EQUIPMENT COOLING OVHT MESSAGE. DIVERTED TO OMAHA. REPLACED RH ENG PRVC.
DURING CRUISE AT FL 370, RECEIVED EICAS MESSAGE "EQUIPMENT OVERHEAT" MESSAGE. DECENDED TO FL 310. DURING THIS DECENT, RECEIVED "CABIN ALT" MESSAGE. DECLARED EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED. MAINTENANACE PERSONNEL PLACED THE EQUIPMENT COOLING SYSTEM ON MEL AND ACCOMPLISHED A TEST OF THE CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING SYSTEM. NO DEFECT NOTED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED.
DURING HEAVY CHECK, DENTS AND CRACKS WERE FOUND BETWEEN FUSELAGE SKIN STA 347 AND 390 AT STR 19R TO 21R. WAS REPAIRED IAW FLIGT VEHICLES CONSULTING INC. EO# 24151-1.
DURING HEAVY CHECK, FOUND CRACKED SKIN CRACKED 1 INCH FWD AND 2.5 INCHES AFT OF IAI PG STRAP. REPAIRED IAW FLIGHT VEHICLES CONSULTING, INC EO #24151-3.
DURING HEAVY CHECK, A DENT AND CREASE WERE FOUND AT FUSELAGE SKIN STA 1279.53 BETWEEN STR 33R AND 35R. WAS REPAIRED IAW FLIGHT VEHICLES CONSULTING, INC. EO # 24151-2.

DURING CRUISE, CABIN ALTITUDE AUTO 2 STATUS MESSAGE. ZERO DUCT PRESSURE FROM ENGINE OR APU BLEEDS. PERFORMED EMERGENCY DECENT DUE TO LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL PERFORMED A CABIN PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM TEST PER AMM. NO FAULTS NOTED. PERFORMED ENGINE RUN AND FOUND ENGINE AND APU DUCT PRESSURE TO BE SATISFACTORY.
LH WING LOWER SURFACE AT WING STATION 1075 HAS A BLOWOUT (CORROSION) WHERE MARKED AT REAR SPAR.
MULTIPLE AREAS OF SCATTERED SURFACE CORROSION ON FASTENER HEADS ON THE UPPER SURFACE OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER RH BETWEEN THE REAR SPAR AND TRAILING EDGE AT STATION 224.
LOWER FUSELAGE SKIN SECTION 43 SKIN CRACKED AT STRINGER 38R AT BS786.
RH R1 DOOR CUTOUT AFT LOWER CORNER SKIN CRACKED 4â LONG AT STATION 347 BETWEEN STRINGERS 19 & 20 R.
RH UPPER CENTER TANK SKIN HAS CORROSION AT RBL 71 OF REAR SPAR.
LH WING LOWER SURFACE AT WING STATION 715 HAS A BLOWOUT (CORROSION) WHERE MARKED AT REAR SPAR.
DURING CRUISE AT FLT LEVEL 390 LEFT ENGINE FLUCTUATED ERRATICALLY 400 DEGREES, OTHER PARAMETERS NORMAL
DURING MAINTENANCE CHECK, THE EXIT SIGNS WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE. FOUND THE BATTERY PACK DISCHARGED.
DURING CRUISE, RECEIVED A E & E BAY DOOR EICAS MSG & DECIDED TO RETURN. NO EMER WAS DECLARED & RETURNED & LANDED SAFELY WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. PREVIOUS DMI 999-15-0090 WAS RE-OPENED MEL 52-71-01-01, E & E DOOR MUST BE VERIFIED CLOSED & LATCHED PRIOR TO EACH FLIGHT. DOOR STRIKER CANNOT BE RIGGED & ADJUSTED OUT ENOUGH TO MEET PROXIMITY SWITCH. DOOR ASSEMBLY & SWITCH ORDERED.
DURING CRUISE JUST PRIOR TO DESCENT, THE CREW NOTICED THE CENTER VHF COMM WENT BLANK & WAS FOLLOWED BY A STRONG ELEC ODOR & SMOKE. COMPLETED NORMAL APPROACH & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. SMOKE & FUMES IN COCKPIT INSPECTION WAS ACCOMPLISHED. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING, DETERMINED THE VHF COMM FAILED INTERNALLY. IT WAS DISCONNECTED & 2 DMI'S WERE GENERATED. DMI 999-15-0039 FOR VHF & DMI 999-165-0040 FOR ACARS REACTIVATION. CURRENTLY AWAITING PARTS.
CABIN ALTITUDE CONTINUE TO CLIMB ABOVE 10,000 AT LEVEL FLIGHT 40,000. ACFT RETURNED FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. PERFORMED PRESSURIZATION TEST IAW AMM 21-31-00, TESTED GOOD. ACFT DEPARTED AT A LATER DATE WITHOUT EVENT.
