CREW REPORTED THAT UPON LANDING A âPOPâ SOUND WAS HEARD. SUBSEQUENT MULTIPLE CRACKS OBSERVED ON THE LT HEATED GLASS WINDSHIELD COMMENCING FROM AROUND THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF THE WINDSHIELD PROPAGATING VERTICALLY UPWARDS AND HORIZONTALLY LEFT ACROSS THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDSHIELD. CREW PROCEEDED TO CONTINUE WITH THE LANDING PHASE. ON SHUTDOWN A PHYSICAL CHECK WAS CONDUCTED TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF CRACK. NO EVIDENCE OF FOREIGN OBJECT DEBRIS IMPACT WAS OBSERVED ON THE WINDSHIELD. NO UNUSUAL VIBRATION WAS RECORDED. CREW REPORTED AIRCRAFT SPEED WAS 5 KNOTS. LT HEATED GLASS WINDSHIELD WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE WINDSHIELD. REFERENCE LOGBOOK ENTRY (LBE) 172/26. LT HEATED GLASS WINDSHIELD OPERATIONAL TEST CARRIED OUT, SATISFACTORY. REFERENCE LOGBOOK ENTRY (LBE) 172/26. OEM INFORMED OF OCCURRENCE AND TECHNICAL QUERY RAISED FOR THE OCCURRENCE, PSE/TQ/2026/247315. BCL HAS REQUESTED A STRIP REPORT FROM THE OEM/ VENDOR ON POTENTIAL CAUSE/ FINDINGS. THIS LT HEATED GLASS WINDSHIELD WAS REPLACED ON 16 OCTOBER 2025 DUE TO SIMILAR OCCURRENCES. WINDSHIELD CANNIBALIZED FROM ANOTHER A/C. 9Y-ENT ACTT 9860.3FHRS ON INSTALLATION. COMPONENT TOTAL TIME CALCULATED FROM INSTALLATION ON 9Y-ENT.
MULTIPLE NR 2 WOW FAIL CAS MESSAGES. NOT FULLY EXTENDING. RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR SERVICED. EXTENSION AND RETRACTION OPERATIONAL CHECK CARRIED OUT SATISFACTORY. CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS RECYCLED, INITIAL FAULT OF â#2 WOW CASâ COULD NOT BE REPLICATED. RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR GREASE PIN REMOVED AND CLEANED. RIGHT HAND SUPPORT PIN FOUND NOT LUBRICATED. PIN SERVICED/ GREASED. OPERATIONAL TEST OF EXTENSION AND RETRACTION CARRIED OUT SATISFACTORY. RIGHT MLG ASSY WAS FOUND TO BE STIFF, RIGHT MLG ASSY REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE ONE. OEM WAS ENGAGED VIA PSE/TQ/2026/229784.
DURING 50HR INSP OUTBOARD TRIM TAB WAS FOUND TO BE DE-BONDED.
CRACK WAS NOTED LOCATED ON TAIL BOOM NEXT TO TRDS BEARING SUPPORT ON L/H SIDE. CRACK IS APPROX 5IN LONG. DEBONDING WAS FOUND ON R/H SIDE OF TAILBOOM IN SAME AREA.
