REFENCES ARE MADE TO SDR UNIQUE CONTROL #2026FA0000017, #2026FA0000018 AND #2026FA0000020 RAISED PREVIOUSLY. #2026FA0000017 - ERRORS WERE MADE WHEN ENTERING THE AIRCRAFT SERIAL NUMBER (9Y-TKB) THIS SHOULD READ "41395" AS CORRECTED, #2026FA0000018 - DIFFICULTY DATE (1/12/2026) THIS IS CORRECT TO 11/19/2025 AND #2026FA0000020 - COMPONENT TT AND TSN WAS CORRECTED TO 10062.47HRS AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS TO INSPECTIONS CARRIED OUT SUBSEQUENTLY. SEE DETAILS OF THIS REPORT. DURING A VISUAL INSPECTION OF 9Y-TKB AFTER FLIGHT THE LINE SUPERVISORS DISCOVERED THE CRACK ON THE TAILPLANE ASSEMBLY LEFT LEADING EDGE LOWER PANEL. LOCATION OF CRACK IS ESTIMATED TO BE STA 12370 AND BL (-940 THRU -718). THE CRACK IS APPROXIMATELY 222MM IN LENGTH AND RUNS ALONG THE STATION LINE STA 12370. A LOGBOOK ENTRY (LBE 206/25) WAS RAISED TO RECORD THIS DEFECT. OEM WAS ENGAGED VIA PSE/TQ/2025/220653 ON 19TH NOVEMBER 2025. REPLACEMENT OF TAILPLANE ASSEMBLY WAS CARRIED OUT ON RESPECTIVE LOGBOOK ENTRY 206/25. TALO/379/25 RAISED TO CARRY OUT MAINTENANCE ON TAILPLANE ASSEMBLY IN OVERHAUL SHOP. A DETAIL INSPECTION WAS CARRIED OUT I.A.W AMP-39-A-55-11-00-00A-31AB-A. NO IMPACT DAMAGE WAS FOUND. THE AFFECTED TAILPLANE LEFT LEADING EDGE ASSY P/N 3G5510A05731M01 WAS REPLACED.
L/H LOWER FUSELAGE PANEL CORRODED. MAJOR PERFORMED.
FWD UPPER DECK PANEL CORRODED. OPEN
AFT UPPER DECK CORRODED. REPLACED THE DECK PLATE
DURING MAINTENANCE, THE FORWARD LOWER PANEL WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED BETWEEN BS 3120 AND 3900. MAJOR REPAIR PERFORMED.
CRACK FOUND IN AREA OF NR 1 TAIL ROTOR DRIVESHAFT HANGAR BEARING MOUNT ON L/H SIDE OF TAILBOOM.AWAITING FOR REPAIR FROM MANUFACTURER
