ON CLIMBOUT, CABIN ALTITUDE MESSAGE CAME ON. TRIED THE MANUAL PRESSURIZATION CONTROL BUT IT WOULDN'T PRESSURIZE. RETURNED TO BTM. MEL 21-31-1. REPLACED NR 2 CONTROLLER IAW MM 21-31-16, TEST OK IAW MM 21-31-16.

FIVE MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF, LEFT ENGINE OIL TEMP WENT UP TO 173 DEGREES AND OIL PRESSURE WENT TO 48 PSI. IN FLIGHT SHUT DOWN ACCOMPLISHED IAW QRH. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT A SUMP SCAVENGE PUMP IAW MM 32. REPLACED LEFT ENGINE IAW MM, OPS AND LEAKS CHECKS GOOD.

Part: AUDIO CONTL UNIT — FAILED (E/E COMPT)

EN ROUTE SLC-PSP, ALL COMM RADIOS QUIT. RTU'S AND STANDBY CONTROL HEAD SHOWED STICK ON TRANSMIT ON ALL RADIOS. EXTREMELY LOUD STATIC, MULTIPLE MORSE CODE IDENTIFIERS, MUSIC AND VHF VOICE ON ALL SPEAKERS. COULD NOT CONTROL SPEAKERS IN ANY WAY. RESET ALL AUDIO BREAKERS WITH NO CHANGE. DIVERTED TO BOI. REMOVED AND REPLACED AUDIO ELEC CONTROL UNIT, PER MM 23-81-01. ALL RADIOS TEST NORMAL.
