WHEN PAN WAS REMOVED TO PERFORM A SPIRAL BEVEL INSPECTION, MECHANIC FOUND THE NR 9 STUD BROKEN OFF AND LAYING IN THE AUX OIL SUMP PRIOR TO BEGINNING TORQUE CHECK. TRANSMISSION IS BEING REMOVED AND REPLACED.
